My room was upgraded and receptionist was helpful.
But there was a housekeeping lady who came early morning to ask "Any laundry?" really annoyed me. Check the guests checking out date first!
Cleanliness.
Bed is rather small.

The Grand Plaza Park Hotel(City Hall) is conveniently located to Raffles and Suntec City and also central to all other shopping areas within walking distace. Rooms and very clean, spacious and modern. The layout of the breakfast and the sumptious spread is great. Staff are always on hand to help with your luggage and very friendly and courteous and point out areas of interest and sightseeing tips. I would not hestitate to recommend any person business or leisure to stay at this hotel as it is a very well aoointed and comfortable hotel.
Close to business financial district, IT Funan Centre. Also lots of small variety shops and the Peninsula Plaza shopping centre which houses the Burmese community shops and eateries

- Restaurant Tip : Very good authentic Burmese restaurants around the corner from the Hotel. Plus Raffles too is right on the doorstep

The hotel is conveniently located to Raffles and also lots of little shops and restaurants that offer substantial local and international fare at very reasonable costs. Fantastic buffet breakfast, will not hestitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Matches any 5 star hotel but their rates are realistic. Close to Clarke Quay, and the Funan I.T. Centre is 3mins walk from the Hotel and this I.T. Mall has lots of interesting I.T and Computer shops and Bookstore on the 4th level. Very good location with courteous and friendly staff.
Location, location, Staff are very courteous and friendly and go out of their way to serve you. Provides late checkout without having to ask.
Close to all amenities, great local shops. Burmese community shops around the corner at Peninsula Plaza.Fantastic breakfasts

- Shopping Tip : Lots of Burmese shops where you can purchase unusual goods and also had a fantastic Watson's pharmacy across the road, that stocks anything and everything you need.
