Only one hotel near Vivocity and easily to go to Sentosa island.
It is near vivocity and it is easy to go to sentosa. Taxi is not difficult to find. price is not expensive, it also near the faber hill park . We can walk to the top of faber hill and see the view of main city or view of sentosa and sea.We can find many shopping in vivo city and also many kind of food in Vivocity, I link Thai express restuarant (toom Yam).

The hotel itself is clean and the people are very friendly and always ready to assist you. Check-in and check out is a jiffy... super fast.
A more complete snack bar is what i was looking for, especially when you have to go to Vivo City to find something to eat. A snack counter would be great for midnight snack craving attacks. Breakfast is okay, however, better if there is a variety everyday. The same menu from monday to saturday. It's understandable 'though, considering the room rates which includes breakfast.
Harbour view hotel is one of the average hotels in Singapore. No fuzz, no frills... just plain good service. It will take you less than five minutes to do the check-out and the check-in. Room rates are reasonably priced. The best thing is it already includes breakfast which is a great deal of savings for the guests. Located very near Vivo City which will lead you to Sentosa, about 5 minutes to Esplanade where you can cross the bridge to Merlion Park. Only a few SMRT stations from other city tourist destinations. Then the very solemn St. Therese's Church right behind the hotel. What more can you ask for. Bus ride to Vivo City will take you less than five minutes and you can even walk if you feel like exercising. Finding a nice and reasonably priced place to stay in Singapore like Harbour Ville Hotel did a great deal to add up to make my stay even more worthwhile. I would recommend Harbour Ville hotel to my friends and relatives who are planning to go to the Garden City. Surely, i would love to go back to Harbour Ville Hotel the next time I come around Singapore.

You get what you pay for. Don't expect the Ritz.
I chose this hotel based on location and cost, and it did not disappoint. My arrival time was after midnight and the check in was painless. The room was satisfactory for the amount that you pay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on staying in Singapore for a night or two on business and who is looking to stretch the dollar.
