Convenient with lot of cabs coming along the road in front of the hotel. Budget hotel with satisfactory price including breakfast. Friendly front staff and some light food with mineral water can be obtained from ground floor. Environment ok and not too noisy with suroundings. The blanket is a too thin to be covered for. Room is a bit small for family with children along. Breakfast with basic needs and can cater more varieties. My train schedule arrived early morning 8am++ and we are allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel before the check-in time as per prior notification. It's less hassle for us to travel around the island without the clothing luggage. Thanking the hotel for such arrangement could be made for our easy convenience! We appreciate it!
Hotel Feature Tip : Good location for train travellers from Malaysia to get down at the last train stop at Tanjung Pagar and easy access to Sentosa Island as it is towards the sounthern part of Singapore island.

Booking is include breakfast. But when arrive there no breakfast at all. The reason is Sunday no breaksfast prepare, you need to eat your own. The hotel room is quiet good, the only bad is the service. The basic things like provide drink water also dont have. The floor of the room no floor carpet. No breakfast provide. Location of the hotel not good, far from the city. The air-condition inside the room malfuction, when press the TV control, the signal go to the air-condition. It make very annoying.

Clean. Room have window with view to the front street. Receptionist is quite helpful in providing info about getting around. Hotel card idicates bus number going to the bus stop in front of the hotel. The nearest food shop is about 15 min walk. I was quite surprised with what I got, given some unfavorable comments of the previous guests. The room is quite small but it is no problem if you travel without children.One nice thing is the room has a view. Another nice thing is they provide a kettle and instant coffee/tea, free drinking water in the room.
Next door there is a very beautiful church located up the hill.
Many buses going to the bus stop in front of the hotel, so it is convenient to discover the place by bus. MRT is quite far but you can take any bus to the nearest Outram Park station.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends
Travel tip : From Changi airport take MRT to Outtram park station (only one interchange at Tenah Merah), then take bus 143 or 166 to the hotel. Ask the drive to let you get off at Canadian Intl School (Most bus driver in Sin are very helpful)

Clean, quite modern, friendly service quite a walk to nearest MRT station I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days, missed breakfast both days though, so i cant comment on that. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room as clean and modern. The only downside i found was it was a bit of a walk to get to the nearest MRT station (either Harbourview or Outram Park). Apart from that i was happy with this hotel and would consider staying there again.

Bedroom measured 3 metres x 3 metres, bathroom was 1 metre wide x 2 metres long. No spare power-points, no international adapter available (bought one for $SG3 at Sim Lim Square).
Hotel is too far to walk to or from anywhere - take a taxi - they are prompt and cheap and drivers very talkative and friendly and speak excellent English.

Clean room, nice shower, reasonably priced bedlinen could be better. Location of hotel is fairly reasonable, although far from MRT stations. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, all buses lead to outram park station. Very near to Vivocity and opposite keppel districtpark.
Hotel has a good powerful shower which is definately a plus after a long day. Bedding could be better, sheets look old while the blanket was just too thin. However, for the price, it is still considered value for money. Other room amenities are basic yet sufficient.

The room was clean, the bathroom was ok and the normal toiletries are provided. Breakfast was really poor I stayed here for 2 nights in February. The hotel itself is easy enough to get to. Get the MRT to Harbour Front Station and get a cab to the hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was ok and the normal toiletries are provided.

Cost and location. The cost is very cheap compared to other hotels in the central city or Sentosa island. Internet connection. Their system did not work for my room. I spent more than one hour to find the way. As a consequence, I had to change the room. The hotel is cheap but nice. Even breakfast in the outside cafeteria is included. The location of the hotel is between MRT Harbour front station and Outram station. It takes only 15 minutes to VIVO city by walk. Mt. favor having the cable car station to Sentosa island is also close. The internet connection is available, but their system did not work for my orignal room, so I had to change the room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It takes only 15 minutes to VIVO city in the harbour front by walk. Only three stops to go to VIVO city by bus, and it costs only one SGD. If you want to ride the cable car to Sentosa island, jut take a taxi to the place in Mr. Faber which is also close to the hotel.

You even may feel you are paying more...but its definitely better than staying in the red light district!
Do have most of the basic necessities for the money that you pay out there in Singapore. Also it's in a nicer and quiet area, very easily accessible by buses to Vivo City or Sentosa Island. Breakfast was about 'ok', except Sundays its free. Linen is usually clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms, food ok The rooms are very small barely enough room to walk around the bed. The staff was kind but not friendly. Food was only eggs and another dish either noodles, rice or beans and toast. The hotel is located about 2km from China town which is a nice walk but if you prefer to drive there is a bus stop located right outside of the hotel. It is not in the middle of the city so there are lots of trees around. I had a wonderful jog every morning I was there. Little India is also not far away but not walking distance. Internet only offered in a room with gym equipment. Cost was $1 per 15 min. Good if on a low budget.
Travel tip : Bus 166 takes you to Little India. The Botanical gardens are beautiful.

This so called 3 star hotel has a superior room of only 10m2. With a large bed inside, there is even no room for baggage.
No sheet on the bed, we arrived at midnight and fought for a sheet for 20 min.
Nothing in the bathroom, even no cups and towels.
Only eggs and bread for breakfast, with little taste. I cannot find a hotel worse than this one.
