to paid for internet connection in a Hilton hotel In all Asia country even in hotel two start nearly every time you have internet connection free in room.
Is not acceptable in a hotel as Hilton Singapore, and in Accor group hotel to have to paid to get a internet connection in your room, is while is better to go in little hotel, less cost and internet free.
Shopping Tip : I spend about 15 days by month in hotel, 2008, 120 night at accor group Sofitel and Novotel because in 2008, I have a carte favorite guest.
Next year I no take no more this carte, I have try Hilton because I thing internet free, but is not free, so I will not go no more to Hilton also.

Great location, great breakfast buffet. Front desk not helpful with my requests. Except for my disappointment with the Indian man who checked us in, the hotel was great, Chloe the floor mgr interceded for us and made our stay memorable. Lobby lovely, great location, good buffet breakfast, very clean room, but with my upgrade did not receive fruit basket as in other Hiltons or tea service on arrival in our room. Otherwise great hotel.
Shopping Tip : Many stores at your fingertips.

Overall a very nice hotel. Little details like bedside lamps and extra blanket comes in handy. Got it through Agoda at a good price as the normal rack rate is alot more expensive.

Once we checked out it was no problem to leave our luggage with the Hilton porters for the afternoon while we went sight seeing. They were very friendly and helpful with directions too!
Restaurant Tip : We ate at the local food courts and it was very cheap and delicious!

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Sentosa is a great day for adults and children alike. Polong Marina for fishing charters if that is your thing.

I would say that it's not a downside that this hotel is at the beginning of Orchard Road, it's centrally located near the MTR (subway) and near the lovely Botanic Gardens which is an oasis in this busy city
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Botanic gardens and golf shopping next door in the FarEast Shopping Centre with 9 golf shops
