Overall a very good hotel. even the location is good. the total ambience of the hotel was very good. even though the rooms were a little small, the view from rooms was fine. i would surely recommend this hotel to any one who would like to stay in singapore well close to the markets and shopping districts for a nice vacation. will stay at the hotel for all my visits to singapore. The hotel staff too was very friendly and helpful. :)

Breakfest buffet, excellent rooms, quiet Large, excellent rooms, bed and bath top quality, excellent service, quiet, the breakfest buffet is not cheap but excellent, the price of the rooms is good, only some steps to Singapur river and restaurants, but long to walk to reach MRT, Taxi to changi airport about 30S$
Restaurant Tip : good restaurants at opposite side of singapur river when you cross the colourful bridge just a 10Minute-walk away

Friendly, helpful staff.
Has an adjoining small shopping center & convenience store.
Great breakfast buffet. Small desk and working area around a computer.
Rooms are a little small.
Requires a cab ride to Orchard Road. The rooms are clean and well kept but a little small. Internet access is convenient but the work area provided is small and barely accommodates a laptop computer.
The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient from the reception to the bellmen. The morning breakfast buffet is also very good.
The location is a short walk to a large, very nice mall with numerous restaurants. It is also very easy to get to Boat Quay & Clark Quay.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is a short walk to Boat Quay and Clark Quay. Two areas along the river that offer entertainment, night life and great restaurants.

The room is very comfortable, good bed you don't want to wake up. Room is well equipped with all things you requires. Very good experience staying here. I love the room especially the bed is very comfortable and nice to sleep. All things are set up in such a ways to make guest feel very comfortable eg. furniture, lighting,good LCD TV etc.

Clean room, helpful staffs Not a very good location. 15-20 minute walk from the nearest tube station. I stayed in the newly renovated room. The room is clean and overall facilities are ok (bathroom is not that new, but clean). I found it inconvenient for traveling to the city center. The nearest tube staion is 15 - 20 minutes walk, and was very unpleasant walking while raining - I was there during their monsoon season). Opposite the hotel is a bus station, but the traffic is not very good during rush hour and buses to tube station are not very often.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the city but not frequent and not punctual at all.

Clean and comfortable room, Friendly staff, Good food. Holiday Inn Atrium is a great value for your money. The hotel loaction is a bit off but I found an MRT station at just a 10 min walk.Taxis were plentiful and cheap.The room itself was clean and had a great view. The room service and the front desk staff were efficent and prompt. All in all I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The Room is very large, and comfortable, bath room is very clean. have to wait for get taxi. For over all, the holiday inn is very good, the location is not to far from Bugis, China Town,Little India, etc. The romm is very large and comfortable, the bath room is very clean.

Very comfortable rooms and excellent service. Not too many restaurants or shopping within walking distance. We've stayed here three times now and have really enjoyed our stay each time. The room rate is very reasonable for its location and the hotel shuttle that goes to the river and Orchard Rd. is a huge bonus. The hotel is also close to the metro, which is also convenient. Great service, excellent breakfast (although quite expensive), and very comfortable, clean rooms.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. I stayed overnight only and have no negative comment. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were of a good size and very comfortable, the hotel food was excellent and breakfast (always important to me) was plentiful, fresh, the cooked food was hot. The I would stay again.
Shopping Tip : Close to good chopping options although I only stayed overnight. My comment is from personal observation rather than experience.

Convenient location (a lot of buses go directly to town) and walking distance to many restaurants at Robertson Quay. Friendly staff and hotel room was clean, fully equipped with ironing materials, a flat screen TV and even a choice from 4 types of pillow preferences! Room: Old air con, not so spacious, old furnishing.
Overall hotel needs a face lift! (Especially the lobby looks "sad"). We drove from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, so we were glad to know that the hotel car park was complementary for house guests. Though the hotel looked quite old, the rooms were cosy, hygienic and well-maintained. We enjoyed walking and dining by the river next to Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay and Boat Quay. Agoda's rate was definitely worth it!

Quiet location, very clean and well appointed rooms and good friendly service. Rooms are a little small, but are very well equipped and spotlessly clean. This hotel is an excellent choice for holiday or business. It is in easy reach of major attractions, either by bus or using the hotel shuttle or shuttle from the Great World shopping centre just down the road - it goes to Chinatown and Orchard Road. The rooms are excellent, if a little small. Flat-screen TV, and all the usual conveniences. All around this is a very good hotel - highly recommended. Catch the number 51 bus right outside to ride to Chinatown or City Hall for $1.
Restaurant Tip : Excellent hawker centre five minutes walk along Zion Road - across the road from the Great World chopping center - which also has a good Singapore food court in the basement,

I am impressed by the cleanliness of the bed sheets, rooms, and the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there was one exception to the staffing issue - my housekeeper could not speak English. This is minor as you may be having problem hiring English speaking housekeepers. Overall, my stay there was great and I would like to come again for another visit soon. I would like to suggest that you extend the hours of your shuttle service. Due to the not so good location of the hotel, it is important that you entice people to stay over at your place by offering free shuttle services with extended hours. The current hours are too short. I was talking to other guests at the restaurant and they expressed the same sentiments on the shuttle service. Thanks.

Magnificent view from the 23rd floor! The king size bed was very comfortable and the pillows were exceptional. Taxi's had to exit through the underground carpark, causing delays and extra cost. On arrival, our luggage was handled imediately by a porter and we were directed to recption and experienced minimal fuss booking in. Our luggage arrived 5 mins after entering our room and the porter was very courteous. The free shuttle bus to Orchard road was a real bonus. The management allowed the free storage of our luggage until 6 o'clock the next day before we went to the airport and also offered a shower if required.

Good room, very spacious, complimentary water, very clean shower, good view of the streets. The supermarkets in the lobby are very cheap. A little far from the center but taxi takes only 10 minutes. This is a hotel I will be back when I go to Singapore again, the price for Singapore is low and what you get is very good for a traveler in an expensive city! Thumbs up!

Acceptable price but still too expensive for it's location Bad location, nothing closeby The hotel is located in an area that has nothing close by, and not very easy to get around. The staff are very friendly and rooms are excellent. To go anywhere you have to take taxis as there is not train station nearby. Not easy to travel by bus as you have to get correct change. If I go to Singapore again I will definitely avoid staying in this area.
