Service, Cleanliness, Rooms Not close to Singapore Metro Great value for this quality of hotel. Service and food (breakfast only for us) are excellent. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
The location is a little off the main public transport routes, but a short (cheap) taxi ride sorts that out.
Nice swimming pool and helpful concierge desk. Comfortable bar (but of course drinks at high Singapore prices!)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a taxi to Clarke Quay Metro station to access public transport.

Across from the river, outdoor swimming pool on the 6th floor, Internet access in the room, top-notch breakfast, close to the Metro. Sitting directly across from the river the Holiday Inn Atrium was the perfect place for a vacation or a spot to come back to at the end of a working day. The river provided a great running trail with character to observe throughout your run as well as plenty of fantastic places to eat. The outdoor swimming pool overlooking the area was awesome. The food in the restaurant and room service was scrumptious. The service was excellent. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
Restaurant Tip : Take your pick of food around this hotel! There is an unbelievable number of different kinds of restaurants along the river in front of the hotel.

A wonderful view of lobby, and good location to go to downtown. Breakfast on 4th floor, and noise of air-conditioner. Overall, I will give four stars to Holiday Inn Atrium. Hotel staff shows kindness, politeness and sincereness. It is also clean and comfortable.

Location and initial cost compared to other hotels in the area. Room was nice. Checked in, and my non-smoking room was gone. Had to argue to get what I paid for. Nine Dollars to wash clothes and Nine Dollars to dry. Highway robbery. Way too expensive. Hotel is a nice place located close to shopping and also close to major shopping malls. The rooms are clean modern and in excellent condition. The price per night was a bonus compared to other hotels in the area. Restaurant on the 4th floor was expensive and one of the drawbacks of the hotel was the excessive charges to eat, laundry services including wash/dry facilities and noise. Security was average, car valet was expensive as well.

A little out of the way in locality. Having booked at very good Agoda rates, we were staggered by the value for money here. Impressive modern building with immaculate rooms, very friendly staff and, really, everything you could wish for in a hotel. The only drawback was it wasn't close to the key areas in Singapore but taxi and shuttle travel is cheap and easy.
Hotel Feature Tip : The lifts are great !!!!

Nice view and new building. The extreamly high price of the restaurant for breakfast. It was nice view and nice grand floor. but the breakfast at the restaurant was extreamly high. the buffet style was $35.00, it was too expensive.

Appearance of the hotel as you arrive is fantastic. The rooms are most accommodating with regards to size and in fact everything. LCD TV, tea & coffee facility, cleanliness, friendliness of all staff just make you want to stay longer. The Holiday Inn Atrium I will recommend to anyone travelling to Singapore. All staff members are so friendly and happy and so efficient. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Atrium was superb and very comfortable. All I can say is that should I visit Singapore again, the Holiday Inn Atrium will be first on my list.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Concierge very helpful at all times.

Great service, friendly staff, good facilities Food quiet unusual, expensive to buy european food in hotel Great hotel but staff try to convince you that taxis and the shuttle bus are the only ways to travel. We found the metro station to be very near by and very easy to access. $2 will bring you most places. Internet in the hotel is very expensive but apart from that no complaints!!
The atrium in the hotel was beautiful and the lifts gave a great view. All in all very satisfied customers would recommend it to a friend
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Science museum was brilliant!!

Hotel has a reasonable location . Noyt far to the restaruants and bars of Clark Quay Stayedher in December and January and air con was much too cold and we could not adjust but was much better in August OK Hotel a Holiday Inn so a very standard hotel for this chain. Hav eno major complaints this time. The first time in December/January th eair- conwas much to cold. Staff are very helpful and are a big plus for this hotel. Not very far from Clarke Quay and taxis are always available

- Rooms are clean with good supplies.
- I like the meal provided at breakfast.
- Good to have small shops for snacks and drinks.
- Employees are friendly. - Not good place. A little far from the downtown / coast.
- Expensive wireless internet fee. I stayed for 3 days in early August. Though it is not at a very good place for a Hotel, it is not too far from any of sight-seeing places of Singapore. There is no place to see nearby the hotel.
Rooms are clean. Bathroom supplies are very satisfactory. I did not have room-service, but the meal provided as breakfast was pretty good.
However, wireless internet is quite expensive. Not a good choice if you have to use internet everyday for business.
Room charge is quite cheap among the hotels in the area.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel will charge room cleaning service fee when you check out. They tell you "No tipping please" when you check out. :)

Nice hotel with reasonable price, the room and bathroom is clean. definitely will come again Hotel building looks old, need to be renewed. room need to be renewed also So far Agoda is the cheapest place to get cheap hotel room. I really recommend any traveller to check Agoda first before reserve any hotel.
