very nice swimming pool and the bar on the ground floor No help with lugguage from the hotel stuff it is a nice place to stay at the affordable price. Location of the hotel is convinient. I will defenetly recommend to stay there. Very nice restaurant with very good food variaty for any taste.

Nice Pillows (they have several options which kind of pillow you prefer), Free shuttle bus Hotel - Orchard. No free wifi, swimming pool is quite small. The hotel building looks good and unique, it really helps when one plans to walk from the MRT to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked how to get to MRT by walking. But walking to MRT is not necessary to do because the hotel provide free shuttle bus several times per day, to Orchard road and back (and if I am not wrong, to one particular MRT station too). I had a good time staying at this hotel because they have swimming pool (though for me it's rather small). In the room they have internet access and wifi network which can be used (the fee is about SGD28/day if I am not wrong). Sleeping is good because one can choose which type of pillow she/he prefers.
Hotel Feature Tip : Remember to turn on the fridge because it's off when you arrive.

Decently priced. Located 7 min bus ride from Orchard Rd. The hotel is located just off Orchard Rd. By cab to airport took 20 mins. There is a Zion Rd Food Ctr if you want to sample local food at a cheap price. There's Robertson Walk nearby with good upmarket resto. Helps that Zouk is just across the road!
Service was good, hotel staff were prompt with assistance and cheerful when presented with the usual queries.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take some trouble to know the bus routes. Interesting to have a view of everyday people on buses and they are all air-conditioned and comfortable.

The Holiday Inn Atrium is one of the niceset hotels in Singapore. Singapore is a clean city all around and all hotels located within the city resemble a 5 star hotel in America. The Holiday Inn Atrium has the same appearance both inside and out for a farly resonable price. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Singapore.
Shopping Tip : Plenty of shopping and dining all around hotel. Take the opportunity to see the malls. Be careful of your spending habits though, Singapore is expensive.

Staffs are polite and very efficient during check in and check out. I have provided a connection room and heard the noisy from the next door. Overall, i am satisfied with the room which is spacious and have a fine view (from high floor). There have met my requirement for high floor, king side bed and non-smoking room. The only thing is the hotel is a bit old. You could feel it when you are using their the bathroom in the room.

Not easy to access to find out the hotel. Room small. The hotel looks older, the room a bit smaller, the counter guys never provide invoice when checking out. No free internet access. Breakfast costs at 25 per person.

Quiet, clean, friendly service, rooms are smallish but very well appointed, whole place feels new and fresh. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we have been very pleased both times. The hotel is modern, the rooms are very pleasant, if a little small, and the service is friendly and efficient. The location is quiet, close to the river and Clarke Quay. Excellent shopping centre and food court at Great World City 5 minutes walk away, with the Zion Hawker Centre across the road from the shopping centre. Catch the number 51 bus outside the hotel to ride to Chinatown and City Hall for $1. Great World City also has free shuttle service to Orchard Road and Chinatown. Highly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Great food at Zion Hawker center, across the road from Great World City shopping centre - 5 minutes walk away. Also good food in basement of the shopping center.

Great hotel, great spot, friendly staff Great hotel was very happy with the location and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean and neat but the bed was a little hard. They have a pillow menu which is great and all hotels should have these. Good value for money would def stay there again for my next trip to Singapore.

Service was great - and the ability and offer of having a shower prior to flights and after checking out was very appreciated! Well done! Outside appeal of the hotel is dissapointing, however internal setup is more than appealing. We really enjoyed our time at the Atrium - the service and friendliness of the staff was commendable! The rooms were nicely presented and very roomy. There was a feeling that the little bit extra was available and staff conveyed this very well. The offer of having a shower prior to our evening flight was more than appreciated. Overall a very pleasant stay - we will recommend to friends as an affordable option when staying in Singapore. This is certainly suitable for families and travellers who do not want to be in the middle of all the action. Quiet and pleasant.
Hotel Feature Tip : A 10 - 15 minute walk to Chinatown and the Riverside area - both worth the walk.

The best is that is not in the bussy center of Singapore.
Well.... should be cleaner and more attention from the staff .
Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel in Singapore is not an bad one but of course can be improved! The hotel is placed out of the central point in Singapore , in the suburbia , it can be reached with taxi/MRT wich are not so expensive. When i book the hotel i thought i will find something different...for the amount of money payed. This is an place to stay if you are here for bussiness.

Bathroom was large, staff very friendly, good sized bedroom, excellent decor, gym/pool facilities Location is quite a way from the subway station. Housekeeping needed to be a little more thorough i.e. fold clothes more and pair up shoes on the gorund. Internet facilities expensive compared to other hotels. The location is about 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, but in the legendary Singapore heat, it's not advisable to walk. Waiting for bus is the next best thing, which are about every 10 minutes, but stop outside the hotel.
As soon as you walk through the doors, the beauty of the atrium hits you. No doubt that it's the hotel's party piece. The welcome from reception was warm and friendly.
Housekeeping were not ideal as they keep rearranging the pillows to the way they are when you first walk in. Looks nice, but not practical to sleep on. They did this every day, and it got annoying finding the best pillow and putting it back to the way I wanted it. They also didn't fold clothes, something many other hotels do.
If you forgive it's less than ideal location and housekeeping, it's otherwise a very good hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : It's advisable to take a bus (75 or 970) from Outram park subway station (the nearest station). If you have a Singapore Tourist pass available at the Airport station, you don't have to pay every time to get to and from the hotel to the station.

Fantastic service, great location - easy to get to MRT or buses, free shuttle bus to Orchard Road and Chinatown, excellent facilities (restaurant, gym, pool, laundry) and rooms are a good size Difficult to communicate to cleaning staff - not all spoke english, internet too expensive and not enough times for shuttle bus The hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. Walking distance to Clarke Quay as well as buses (15 minute walk to MRT). Rooms are very clean and the food at the buffet restaurant was also very nice. Will definitely be back again next time I am in Singapore.
Hotel Feature Tip : If you flew Singapore Airlines, there is a Singapore Airlines Bus that stops near the hotel and if you show your air ticket, you can hop on for free.
