Great location, very convenient to travel around, walking distance to shopping malls, food court, and MRT station.
Great location, 2-5 mins walk to shopping malls on Orchard road. Late check-out.
Problem about room key. Had to change it twice.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. Although they said there was work under process after 9.00 am I could not find any disturbance. The staff is very friendly, efficient and service oriented. Quality/price ratio is excellent compared to other establishments in this particular area of the city. The only negative remark I have to make is, that the hotel looks a bit old-fashioned and outdated. These comments I heard from other guests listening to their talks in the elevator going up to their rooms.
Good location, fair price, friendly and efficient service at reception and housekeeping.
The hotel needs to be revamped, the impression is that of an old-fashioned hotel, looks worn-out.

The place of the hotel is in a good area, only 8 Min. to walk and you are in the orchard road. Very central and easy to find. I really satisfied to stay in this hotel.I can only say the best about this hotel.Next time I will bock it again.
The rooms are very nice and big enough, also very clean.I could not find something what was wrong in this room. The people also very friendly.
The improvment are good too, even there was a renovation I cpuld not here anything, the only thing was the breakfast is too expensive, for 34 SGD you can ot eat so much.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The orchard road as best shopping road is very close to the hotel.

We arrived very early in the morning from melbourne The staff were very accommodating in enabling us to access our room at 7.30am without any additional cost Room was very good and bed large and comfortable Highly recommended

I normally stay at this hotel because I am a priority club member but I did not get points in this stay as I had booked thru agoda which was cheaper.

You get what you pay for. Well worth it.
- Restaurant Tip : Seafood food court just a block away. 24/7 convenience store and food stalls are plentiful just behind the hotel.
