Nice and cozy room. We got 2 queen beds which are big and comfy.
The location of the hotel is little bit far from MRT for family with little kids and lots of luggage but very close to shopping mall in orchard road.

Im staying in a room for 3 adults. Very convenient and the amenities were excellent. The best part of this hotel is its location. Few steps away from Central Plaza and many shopping malls alongside Orchard Road. 10 minutes walk alongside all other shopping malls to Takashimaya. If shopping is the main reason you're in Singapore, this is seriously an excellent hotel to stay in. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out is hassle free. Food is no worries at all as just outside the hotel is Cuppage Terrace where u can find many restaurants, bistros n bars to satisfy your appetite. 7eleven and Starbuck is there too... I had a very satisfying stay at this hotel.

Bugis Street is just 5 minutes drive from this hotel

I reserved for 3 rooms of double beds premier. Upon my arrival,only two are available. For the third room, they offered us a single queen size bed with an extra bed for free, and worst, the room is located at the farthest end of the elevator. I did not liked it because I am travelling with my 81-year old mother. I asked that it be changed to what I reserved for and they granted my request.
I wonder why do they have to wait for me to ask for the type of room I reserved for when actually, the room is available.

we loved our stay at the holiday inn singapore orchard city. we had a lovely renovated room with a king size bed. it was impeccably cleaned each day and all requests were met. the staff were friendly and helpful.
Shopping Tip:
A one minute walk to Orchard Road, plenty of food and shopping available nearby. Also only 25 minutes from the airport.

I first enjoyed the concierge staff greeting me upon arrival with 4 baggages before i stepped out of the taxi with a helpful and great attitude. I explained to them I will need to check in later as I have to go for my dental appointment on time and please hold on to our baggage first. 2 hrs later at checkin, the process was quick and easy and our luggages was delivered soon after. My husband and I were also impressed with Doris the duty manager who assisted us to refrigerate 10 kg of cake which was a gift from our client in Jakarta.
The bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in and the amenities were ok, however we do think it is kind of ridiculous or petty to charge for internet access when free wifi is available at the pool level and many hotspots surrounding the hotel and all across Singapore.
We enjoyed our stay and definitely will make our recommendation to our friends and we look forward to staying at the holiday inn orchard again the next time we are in Singapore

room was newly renovated and very nice looking. pool are was good.breakfast was good.
however they gave us one price and when it was time to pay price was much higher.
we also booked a room for 3 people. then we kind of expect to get 3 beds or atleast 1 double and 1 single bed or extra bed.
but no, they expected us to sleep 3 people in one double bed.
we are grown people and dont really want to squeeze into the same bed. the staff was not helpful at all and just blamed. to pay extra for 1 extrabed would be 80 dollars and actually not fit n the room due to lack of floor space....
it wasa very negative experiense.
we payed for a room for 3 people.
alsop not even towels, water, glas pillow etc etc was 3pcs.
