They were fixing the facade during my stay in March 2008 and they didn't inform us of this. There's absolutely no view from the window and you cannot step out to the balcony. They didn't compensate with a discount.
- Travel tip : Beware of the restaurant "Da Dong Restaurant" in Chinatown, 39 Smith Street. They overcharge you with 5 times the price if you are a tourist, another European couple had the same experience.
