Good nice clean room with Good toilet.. A/c working good. and regular maintance n cleaning of room.. Friendly staff...always willing to help the guests..plenty food courts round the hotel...
Nothing much to complain other than no laundry within the hotel...
Good value for money and location for shoppping and eating.. also some night life easy access to MRT and bus route to take u all over singapore..Bugis street flea market n little india shopping areas within walking distance...

need to improve is complimentary for mineral water is 2 bottles/day
Take 10 mnt to MRT Station (Little India), but in this station have not escalator to down floor.
If we want go to Mustafa Centre, we can walk just take 10 mnt. We can find everything in Mustafa Centre (like foods, electronics, parfums, watchs,clothes, etc) and the store open 24 hours.

Hassle free check in and located near to food stalls in Serangoon and shopping centres.
This is a good and clean budget hotel. Walking distance to many restaurants in Serangoon and Bugis market. Its also a 10 mins walk from Bugis MRT that makes travelling very convenient. There some shopping centres nearby and the hotel is close to both Little India and Chinatown - both walking distance, seriously.
Restaurant Tip : Near to many Indian & Chinese restaurants. Ride to Clarke Quay about $8 at nite.
