Close to the Airport and MRT, Tea & Coffee facilities in room and numerous places to eat good cheap food nearby
You cannot complain, its a budget hotel that does everything it says it does
I always stay on Orchard Rd, spending alot on a decent hotel but this time opted to go budget and spend the money i save for shopping! worked a treat! a taxi ride from the airport is less than 20 SGD and the MRT is an option if you don't have to much luggage... a 10min walk. There are numerous bars nearby, even tho this is in the middle of a red light district... its safe and i never felt bothered.... its not in your face! So I would highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely stay again on my return trip... does what it says on the tin... and saves you alot of money!
Restaurant Tip : Indian food at Bilals is great and very cheap, 2 min walk from the hotel on the main st

Although it is a small room you get what you pay for and it is excellent economy wise
Although it is supposed to be a "red light" area the police have cleaned the area up a great deal
I stayed here a few days, and as far as value for money goes in Singapore you can't beat this. There are plenty of places to eat in the area if you look around, it is in close proximity to MRT stations(10 mins walk). The rooms are small but it is good if you just want somewhere to stay and your budget is your main driver, it was also very quiet. The shower has plenty of hot water, and I would definitely stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : Plenty of places to eat locally and would recommend a place called Dim Sum, out to main road and turn left and about 300 metres down the road on the left hand side.

The rooms are clean , Toilets clean and staff courteous .Good size of the room for a couple to stay.. with one child
Hotel needs to provide some laundry facility
The Clean satisfory maintained hotel good for budget travel and busienss people looking to work on the internet(Complimentary),Plenty of Food outlets round the hotel..Though situated in the red light district should not hamper your trip plans to sight see singapore.
