unfriendly front desk
walking distance to 24 hours food shops

so uncomfortable knowing there are lots of cocroaches in the area. i even felt it bit my eye. room so little.no room service. old front desks officers and doesnt even know how to smile back.
very unclean and uncomfortable!

The staff there are the same people who have been there for the last few years and always have been helpful where possible, but I would not say they are dying to go out of their way for you, but the rooms are always clean and the cleaning lady is quite nice actually.
Travel tip:
Cheap decent food nearby even though it is a red light area it is pretty safe, I have never had a problem there.

Just feel dissapointed because they didn't give us real toothpaste. The toothpaste was only be lubricated upon the toothpaste with very very small amount.
And the television posisition is not comfortable.
It's beside the bed. Usually almost hotel place the t elevision in front of the bed.
Otherwise, the hotel is near the street. So I can catch the taxi easily. And the wi-fi connection is very good.

A solid hotel in Singapores gelang district. Lots of food options around and it was a 10 minute walk to the MRT for the airport. Beware it is in the heart of the red light district, but we had no issues.

Good thing is that you have wifi free (must ask for it and using only 1 device at a time).
2am, a couple next door argued and made crazy noise, slamming the door... I called hotel reception and they came. But this happened after 1 hour. This was the 2nd time I got this.
Not happy at all with that!

Location Wise though in Red Light District
Location is within reach the city and anywhere you wanna go. The room itself is ok for its price and that complimentary drinks was daily replenished including the bath towel. Free wifi connection just dont expect much of the speed and downloading.

The staff were not that friendly but I don't mind, what important is they cater good service. We already expected worst for the location as it was in the red light district however it was still safe to walk late night, you'll just see people staring at you.
