Lovely hotel and service with a smile

This is a really nice and cosy hotel i extremely like to deco its very invigourating and uplifiting. However... the mattress is really bad. Its so soft that when my partner sleeps it creates a "hole" and makes me sleep uncomfortably. Its like those super olden days mattress where theres no indiviual pocketted springs so every movement u make will wake ur partner

The rm is already old as the bed had damaged. Whatever u made any req, the staffs rejected & declined every time. Good attitude of staff only can be found for cleaning. They work hard and hv good memory to fulfill yr req. honestly, over is not worth. Only they provided wifi is the main point that I lived

The hotel are is a bit of a shock when you first get there. They bring their retro look at the limit. It is ok though. They have kept it within good taste.
Food in the morning is so so. Having said that, for the price I paid, it was a good deal.

Hotel staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. We left our luggage for 9 hours after checking out (no extra charge). Check-in and check-out very easy. Hotel has shuttle bus to the subway station.
The WiFi internet was limited (I could not send email but I could read email) and the speed is slow (by western standards for Japan, South Korea, Australia, USA, Europe and UK)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Outram Park Station is an excellent location for tourists and is 14 stops from the airport
This location is very close to Chinatown, 2 stops from City Hall, the interchange for 2 of the 5 subway lines and 1 train stop to the Universal Studios shuttle bus. Next time I visit Singapore I will stay at this hotel

I was travel on oct 15-17 2012. I am so impress Hotel Re! Is clean, new and all the staff were nice with smile all the time. Since this is the first time I went singapore, they give me a lot useful information.
Location is a bit far from subway station around 10 mins walk but hotel re provide shuttle bus from 6am to 9pm. Nice place to live.

Friendly staff and colorful theme. Location wasn't great, but manageable walking distance to chinatown. Took about 15 minutes. Shutter service was available. Furnishing and facilities were good for a small hotel, but rooms are a tad small. Good staff service made up for it.

secluded from the hustle and bustle yet only 5 mins away from CBD, very nice soundsystem in the room

very lovely stay with very friendly staff. hotel was secluded on a hill which is 5 mins away from CBD so it was a very nice location. rooms were very clean, in-room soundsystem was great! the bathroom was really nice and the room was well designed. very pleased with my stay at the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
the hotel has a deal with zouk worth checking out

we love our stay at this hotel because the staffs are very friendly n helpful to guests.check in was quick.the hotel's location is a little uphill but that was no problem since the hotel provides shuttle bus service every half hour that can take you to the mrt station and back.it is also a good place to stay if u are visiting singapore for medical reasons because it is close to nuh,sgh,etc.in summary, this hotel is awesome n we will consider staying at tnis hotel on our next visit.
