Lovely hotel with nice decor
Design n color of d interior & also friendly staffs

Everything are quite satisfactory, hotel are clean, staffs are friendly, located at a small hill and near to a park. Nice environment and fresh air. I felt its quiet and comfortable to stay.
The cons which I can think of is the aircon that take longer time than usual to cool down the room temperature. Highly recommended for couples.

Hotel on top of a hill

check-in was done quickly and politely. the exterior was dated and old, although some form of minor renovation was done to make it more attractive. the room was clean and pleasant. bed was comfortable and i had a good rest. the walls were thin and you can hear the other guest chatting in their rooms as you walk passed. the room i was in had a damaged shower head and i did not get proper pressure during my shower. i also saw room service food and plates left on the common corridor from the day i checked in till the day i left. this is quite unbecoming for any hotel. where where the staff? the plus of this hotel is that it is on top of a hill. lovely breeze whole day. quiet place for one who wants to get away from the city away from the city.
Restaurant Tip:
Red Star restaurant down the hill serves great dim sum. Must try!

even thou the room is small, its comfortable and i will give a thumbs up for the room service.. food excellent...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From the metro station its just 7 minute walk.. And about 10-15 minute walk to chinatown, clarke quay.

Good location, very clean room

i was expecting a small room from reviews but it was fine for two persons. my sister and i had a great stay; we even enjoyed the approx. 10 min walk to and from outram park mrt. the chinatown food street is one mrt station away, but we even managed getting there on foot. i'd stay there again.

room was nice, bright and clean. hotel staff is friendly. had some problems because of the location: situated on hill, 10 min walk from chinatown center. as we are not used to such hot weather( over 30) it was hard to walk uphill to reach the mrt station( 15 min).. also no place to eat at night.. net to get taxi ang find places.
once took a breakfast at hotel- awful
food from a menu in local restaurant is rather good, but expensive.

Insufficient shuttle bus to China Town & Paragon

room and service was alrite. bathroom was quite small.
shuttle to outram station was sufficient. however my hubby and i was not sattisfied with the frequency of the shuttle bus to china town and paragon (shopping mall). as the hotel location was up the hill, therefore it was not convenience for us to go for dining/shopping or etc.
Restaurant Tip:
There's varieties of food at people park's food court in China Town and do look out for the night market at China Town too.
