Not too bad for a night stay
big plasma tv with dvd player, nice interior design
5.3
the room is very small without a window. try ask for a room that's not near the lift lobby, it's very noisy when people are slamming the door to the lift lobby. nice bed for sleep. generally, decent place for business traveller for a night or two.

Small rooms, good location
4.7
Friendly staff on arrival and during stay. We were upgraded to a deluxe room but this was still quite small. Fridge had to be replaced twice over three days as it was not working. After 4 nights stay then the air conditioning wasn't working so we were moved to another room where the shower water leaked over the floor in the bathroom. We were left a dirty bath mat on one occasion. Over our 7 night stay the complementary mini bar was not topped up every day, room service trays were left in the hall for longer than 24 hours on a few occasions, complementary bathroom items not replenished every day. I would not suggest paying for breakfast at this hotel. The selection was minimal and of a very low standard. No bacon, stale croissants (every day) no multi grain bread, no muesli, etc. Most mornings the food in the warmers was cold as the candles were out. The only way to get hot eggs was to ask for them to be freshly cooked. Do not pay for breakfast. China Town is close by with lots of eating choices. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it had a Gym, well one tread mill, some weights and gym squashed into a room no bigger than 3 x 3m, very disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Nihon Mura restaurant located in a building called Revenue House next to Novena MRT station. An excellent Japanese selection and great prices.

Uniquely-designed boutique hotel
Good interior desgin on the room and the lobby
8
A boutique hotel with fresh, attractive and unique interior design. The room and bathroom is also adequate in total size area. Lobby is spacious, not overly crowded and staffs are friendly.
The only minus points are its location that is not near to public transportation (though the hotel provided free shuttle to the nearest MRT station, but you must time your trip). Taxi is difficult to get, even with phone booking especially during the peak period.
Room temperature is also too cold, without your control to adjust the temperature level.

Lovely and nicely decorated rooms, great service.
lovely decorated rooms, clean rooms.
7.3
Reception staffs are friendly and polite. Though the location of the hotel is a lottle out of the way, there is service bus provided at selected timing which cater to those who doesn't want to take a cab nor walk to the hotel. Rooms are neat, clean and beautifully decorated with different colours and theme at each different levels. Checking Out is also very fast and efficient.

Convenient location but small rooms.
near to china town and easy to have chinese foods
6.3
you can walk to the china town from the hotel or catch a taxi. there is many chinese restaurant which can get nice chinese food. and down the street there are some amazing local options. beside of the room is really small, other facilities still consider acceptable with the price of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
Many good Steamboat shop around the hotel area.

Trady hotel but a buit far away from main street
8.7
I transit in Singapore from Bali. The hotel itself is nice but a bit small (same as any other hotels in Singapore!!) Nothing can complain, the bar is cute too. I lived in third place, all pink deco, suit for girls <3. But the only advantage is that it is far away from MRT station, I walked 20 mins to the closest MRT station and China town.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
China town, Re bar!
