A little disappointing !!!
there is a bus station right in front of the hotel : you can get to Orchard or City Centre within 15 - 20 minutes !!

Worst hotel stay ever...Don't ruin your trip w/HR
Close to MRT, City Buses are at main entrance, some staffs speak English.

It was a terrible hotel stay experience we've ever had. We had three family rooms on the 13th floor. Unfortunately, the beds were too small for 6 adults and 3 young children (6, 8 and 13). Two rooms had running AC but no cool air and one room had running AC but no air at all. Hotel management refused to change all three rooms to keep us together on the same floor even after we had indicated that we don't care if we have to be all on different floors. We eventually got one room changed after showing how much we sweat. But the AC in the new room was still not much better than the other two; there was no cool air except for the old, damp smelly moist. The lobby was as warm as the outdoor; it would be better to stay at the Novena MRT station than at this 4 star hotel.

Very good place for family to stay. Near to MRT
1. Large Family room 2. Allowed early check in considering we have small children 3. near to MRT and Bus stop is just front of the Hotel
