It was horrible because aircondioner was not working and even after various complains no body bothered to visit room or to resolve it. Electric sockets were not working. It was full of stink with cigrates smoke. Room locker were not working. Hence I had to checkout before my plan.

Never again. Cockroaches, urine smell in the room

It was terrible. The room was tacky and smelly and not very clean. Cockroaches in the urine smelling bathroom. The curtains did not meet in the middle or cover the corners. Poor reception, bell staff lethargic. I was glad to leave

So-So hotel
large lobby, with a bar and restaurnat. a few pubs nearby. shopping mall on top of Novena station

Very poor service, check-in time took very long. Finally, got a dirty room... request to change another, that's just OK. Staff work very slow and act impolitely.... very bad experience. they may have a better manage.... location is not that closed to MRT, neither Novena or Newton. Long walk for me is very hard as the weather is very hot.
