just OK. wasn't pleased with the noise and maintenance service they do during the day. Sometimes you just want to have one relax day in the hotel. But the noise is bad and one of their service staff talking loudly outside of our room for a long time. Very noisy!
Good thing is very closed to public transport so easy access to go anywhere.

The hotel has good and bad things. It's in the city but a little away from the MRT. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The service of the employees was ok. It would be better if they have service mind and SMILE. The money for security deposit was too high; 100 S $. The wifi was not free and too expensive to pay so I didn't use it. The TV programs are limited. If you want to watch movies, you have to pay more.

Dirty mould smelly bathroom, unsafe electricity,

Checked in late Sunday evening, moved to FOUR rooms in 6 days due to water leaks, electricity issues, unsafe electricity, melted wall plugs, mould bathrooms, mould smell in the isles and rooms. Ran out of linen and pillows, double booked our room another guest tried to enter our room with a key at 2 am. Noisy guests and nothing was done to sort that out.
Room had electricity problems, another room still has melted wires behind the bedside table. This Hotel is does not comply to the safety standards. Paid for internet for 10 days and could use it with very difficulty, was cut off every 3 minutes. Will NEVER recommend this hotel.
