The worst hotel I ever stayed
Nothing is best about this hotel I really regret my stay

Took me 40 minutes to check in, the staff was so rude can't even say sorry including the manager. They gave me a very run down room Agoda website says refurbished room it's only refurbish on 15th floor. The TV was out of order no free wifi. After I shouted at them they gave me the refurbished room on the 2nd night. I am very disappointed with Agoda website. Will never stay in that hotel and never trust Agoda.

When we got into out room there were people working on the floor above us. There were loud carpentry and plumbing sounds. we called the attention of the reception and the duty manager took care of it. from them on our stay went very well.
They should give complimentary bottles of water daily though.

The best thing about this Hotel is that it's quite near MRT, about 400 meter away. Even though the room is clean, but it's a little run down. With old carpets and furnitures. It could have been better. Needs a little renovation.

Adequate for the price paid
Hotel was close to Novena MRT, foodstalls at United Square and Velocity Square, Swimming pool was a delight to come back to after the hot days out

We stayed in a family room with a double bed and single size bed in one reasonable size room.TV had a small range of channels but the hotel ammenities channel did not work. Bathroom toilet is one small room. Shower did not work the best with screen around a bath. Had a problem with not enough facecloths being provided or some days no facecloths at all. Had two sheets put on the beds one night but all other nights sleep with bottom sheet and duvee only. Hotel rules. Bad experience with swimming pool with no towels and after requesting 5 times over 90 minute period we got results. Mens changing room at pool side was in a need of repairs. Fridge in room was set at a low temperature so had to be careful storing chilled products. Beware of powdered milk provided with tea and coffee. For 6 nights stay we were comfortable on 12th floor away from lifts but were awoken one morning by workman drilling on the floor above. Some noise from other rooms but not that noticeable. Had the hum of the airconditioning machinery on the ground floor during the night otherwise it was a peaceful location. Therefore found to be adequate as a place to sleep and relax at night
