Had a bath,close to Buris MTR, Close to quality Super Market and Very central.
We were very pleased with all aspects of the Queens,The beds were to die for -equql to the best We've stayed in (about 30). The Burgis MTR is 5 mins. walk.it's a major station with excellent Super Market,all types of eating places,and Lots of shops.The Bugis centre another 5 mins. walk beyond Bugis MTR has around 600 market type stores and is opened till 10pm weekdays 11pm Sat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : When you arrive go straight to the Bugis MTR,purchase a day pass (1,2,3 day),check out Super Market(Tops)for self catering and generally get started.

the room/bed is nice and spacious enough.. there is free internet which is always a plus for me.. there is a dvd player!
the elevator can be improved.. i think the rooms are renovated but the lobby/reception could be improved more i guess for a better welcoming feel visually
if i'm not mistaken the rooms were renovated.. it has free internet which i prefer when i stay in hotels.. the queen size bed is spacious enough (for couples).. it has a dvd player which is a bonus.. if you go to the 2nd floor (if i'm not mistaken).. there is a way going to another hotel which leads you to an eatery on the left and a 711 on the right.. the lobby and the elevator could use a face lift though..
Travel tip : just beside the singapore art museum.. if you go off the 2nd flr there is a way connecting to another hotel then when you exit, you'll see a 711 on the right and an eatery on the left

quite far from the train station
very convenient location if you are for the shopping haven of bugis junction. near the religious places and marina bay too.
Shopping Tip : haggle with the vendors in bugis but don't be fooled by the stalls in sim lim
