1. Enjoy watching a big LCD inside the room.
2. Very soft blanket & pillow that made me sleep well.
3. Iron is available inside the room.
4. Halal restaurant is just opposite the hotel.
1. The food is non-halal for Muslim as the hotel serves bacon pork.
The hotel is basically providing good facilities as well as services to the customers. The security at the hotel is high as the customer is allowed to enter at the respective level by which the customer's room is located. Experience a pleasant stay at the hotel & recommended my officemate whom will be undergoing the same examination next year to stay at the hotel & experience the comfort.

The hotel is easily accessible by public transports.
It is centralized with lots of shopping facilities, food courts and restaurants.
The hotel provides shuttle service to Sim Lim Square that makes it very accessible to take public transport wherever our visitor's desire.
Our visitors gave us very good feedback about their stay in Singapore during their stay at Royal@Queens. We were glad that the hotel is very centralised and we were able to leave them alone to move around in public transport whenever we were not free to bring them around Singapore. We were glad they had a memorable and enjoyable stay during the week long stay. I will not hesitate to book or recommend this hotel again when we have other visitors coming to stay in Singapore.

It is near from several sightseeing points, e.g., big viewer, chinatown, city hall,...
There is not any introduction of the facilities of hotels, e.g., the location of pool, and fitness rooom, ...
It's near from subway station, and you can go to marina beach and chinatown in a walking distance. I ordered a double king bed room a month before I lived there, but the hotel told me I was late for the check and only show me two-single bed room. In a whole view, except for the error on the room, I felt a better trip in this hotel.

fabulous ,clean and well equipped and specially with very warm welcome.
As there are more muslims booked in this hotel the restaurant is not equipped by food, hallel, i was very hungry and i didn't find anything to eat and delivery was not possible.
my review is that I will be booking a second time at royal hotel @ queens and i hope to find improvement at your food restaurant.

Breakfast is not so good.
Again, location of hotel is quite good. Close to Bugis and City Hall MRT Stations. Both within 10 minutes. Although the room is not so big, it is renovated and very clean. Internet connection was free, but you need to bring your own cable. Quite satisfied the stay, I am going to use it when I visit Singapore again.

The rooms were large and newly renovated so it easily accommodated our family. The location was very central and within walking distance to city centre mall/mrt.
The hotels breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Overall I would stay in this hotel again, because the staff were friendly and courteous and the location and room were more than adequate. It was pretty good value for money if you exclude the breakfast. Though the food was plentiful (reasonable variety) it really lacked taste. Everything was bland thus we were disappointed.

Very Small Pool, If Room Show Four people in the room towel should be provided for all guest (without being reminded everytime) Need Family rooms for guest with small kids.
Room was not large enough for 4 individuals. It cold only fit two beds and a roll away. Hotel breakfast was lacking and even though we informed them that four people were staying in the Hotel they only provided towels for two. We had to pay for additional breakfast as well. (not worth it)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel provided a great travel service. Easy to set up day trips.

Additional facilities are lacking.
The hotel is small, sweet place to stay. It is located in the heart of the city. The famous markets are 10 minutes walking distance.
The famous 'Little India" is about 10 minutes by taxi, which is easily available.
The staff is very helpful and take due care of the guests. I would recommend that one stay in this hotel.

Found this hotel to be very reasonable in quality and price. Also, location is very good as the MRT is only a short stroll from the hotel or you can walk to Orchard Road in 10 minutes without paying the prices of the Orchard Road hotels. The lobby gets very crowded when its busy and the pool is small. All in all though its a good bargain for Singapore.
Nightlife Tip : Drinks in the hotel nightclub are very dear.
