Great location, buy small and unclean rooms
The only positive about this hotel is that it's located in a great area.

The customer service here was horrible, when I checked in there was two individuals behind the counter one male, one female. The male was asleep and the female had no clue to what was going on. As a result she had to wake the elder man who didn't seem to want to be bothered. When arrived in the room it was absolutely different from the picture on the website. The pictures on the website are from when the hotel must have just been established. Now the rooms are old the builiding furniture is not in good condition and the AC does not work. It is the exact opposite of what you would expect from something so close to Orchard rd.

this hotel is excellent in terms of location- 2 minutes walk to orchard road, 5mt. walk to dhoby ghaut mrt (one of the biggest stations in terms of lines) and taxis and buses easy to come by. staff are courteous and helpful, the rooms are decent sized and clean, same went for the bathroom and linen. plenty of eateries around- hawker center, shopping mall food courts and restaurants. shopping at orchard road is so convenient! accommodating our late check out as our flight was in the afternoon.will definitely recommend his hotel! wonderful stay!

Excellent Location For Orchard Road
Location and have good parking for my visiitor

The Hotel is located just a street away from Orchard Rd, the main shopping bely of singapore. Only 5 minutes walk to Centrepoint and 10 minuts to Takashimaya.
Taxis are readily available at all times and this makse access to the other attractions easy.
Highly recommended for family with small ones as there are many eateries and easily accessible via walkway.

good place for tourist whenever want to visit orchad road. space enough for group of 4 peoples in fanily room
Shopping Tip:
Be Careful when you buy something in Lucky Plaza. Check originality of goods, check also your price with the normal electronic stores.

Hotel staff not so friendly. However, auntie (the cleaning lady) was nice and sweet.
Breakfast is just toast, noodles, coffee and juice.
Room is big enough but the bathroom is kind of small.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
It's near the malls in Orchard and Somerset.

Great location, walking distance to Orcahrd Road

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. After daylight activities, a cozy,clean and homy room is what we need, and this can be featured by this hotel.
It's location is great, makes our movement easier.
Just walking distance to Orchard Road, nearby food court and 20 minutes from/to airport.
Will stay in this hotel again next year.

Budget hotel with great service & location

Typical budget hotel but clean enough to rest your body overnight after those long shopping walks in town. Staff were great and helpful to our request. Guess the location is the best selling point..elsewhere around the stretch of orchard road may easily cost you double or even triple per night!

this is the first time stayed in Supreme Hotel Singapore,although is a good lacation near Orchard but the hotel condition is truly bad.
