A backpacker hotel for the price of a decent 3 Sta
The water was ho,t the ceiling didn't leak and the lift worked

A shabby establishment with a building site next door. Breakfast was tea or coffee with powdered creamer, a pot noodle and toast. Equivalent hotels can be had for half the price even in the centre of Singapore.

Very good hotel and located in the city near to the airport. I was in Singapore to apply Thai Visa, it's only 10 minutes to Thai Consulate by taxi.

Affordable, central location, close to transport, shopping , cafes and restaurants.

This is not a 4-star hotel but the convenience of being just off Orchard Rd is compensation for a very basic hotel room .. I had some difficulty with the internet connection .. breakfast is very basic, just white toast with butter and jam, noodles and cordial juices .. the traffic is noisy at rush hour times.

Would suggest you remove this hotel from your organization. Room is old and not comfortable at all. Guest room door has only a safty chain which would be easily opened. Work desk not comfortable to work at all. TV is 13" monitor with 4 channels. Not worth the savings when scarficing so much comfort.
