their housekeepers are very friendly.. their staff (the one in the breakfast area) is very helpful... the only downside about the hotel is their breakfast. if they can just add eggs to it - it'll be fine.

We are a big family with small children.
Excellent Location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Near Hawker Centre and shopping area.

Excellent location because it was located at the middle of 2 MRT stations (Somerset & Dhoby Ghaut). Very near to hawker center that sells good food and closes quite late. It's also near a 3 for $10 shop for last min shopping. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel because of the pleasant staff and great location.
