The staff were very helpful and friendly
able to book in when we arrived after 10 hours of flying. late check out. cleanliness and very helpful staff

Our flight arrived very early in the morning. When we arrived at the hotel the staff member said that a room with twin beds was available which was much appreciated after a long flight from Istanbul. My husband asked what time was check out as our flight wasn't until 8.30pm. Check out is normally 12 o'clock but the staff member said that they would extend it to 2pm. The staff certainly went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable.
