hotel staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. the room is clean and new but is small. one does not really get a good space to walk around in the room. the mrt station is quite a walking distance from the hotel. there is a hawker center near the hotel where one can savour the varieties of local food.

The staff provided excellent services and always with a smile. I liked the idea that just put things that we all need so little wastages are there, and with that they could lower their prices. Nothing compromise thought, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are nice, bedsheet and blankets are soft. Shower / shampoo gel are bolted to the shower wall which makes it efficient to take shower and less reaching to the floor for dropped soaps or shower gel tube. Rooms are bright, ac works well, wooden flooring is nice.
Just next to this hotel are 24 hours convinient stores. Bus stop are in front of the hotel, the mrt is a bit futher but it is not far. Local market with hawkers center are nearby.

very clean, strategically located

although the room is small compared to the previous ones we have stayed in, still the strategic location ( ie just outside is the bus stop going to harborfront and resorts world pick up shuttle to
sentosa)and cleanness and newness of the hotel more than made up for it. also,bugis known as a shopping area of good value is just
10minutes away by foot. there are also plenty of chinese & indian resto and almost adjacent to the hotel is the 7/11 convenience store for quick snacks. also the staff are very helpful even allowing a late ck out at 2pm and there is left baggage facility. will highly recommend place to friends and consider it for our next visit.

We had a great stay! The room was small but clean & comfortable. The location central to Expo centre where we had a 3 day Extravaganza! The shops, markets & eating areas were great! We will definitely be booking at Ibis Bencoolen again! Thanks to Staff for great service!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Sentosa is a great place to visit as well as Marina bay Sands! The views from the top where the Restuarant/bar is with the pool, are awesome! They charge for entry but if you want to have a drink or eat up the top it is "free"!I love Singapore!

Although the rooms are relatively small, this is more than offset by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. All amenities are functioning well. Wi-fi inside the room was great. Housekeeping services were prompt, courteous, and complete. So near the bugis market area, yet far enough to have a quiet space outside the hotel.

Good hotel in ideal location

We were on a short stay in Singapore over two occasions and stayed here both times. We found it to be very pleasent, staff were friendly and efficient and the food was good. For us it was the location, easy access to the Mass Transit System, local Hawkers market for food and general access into the city. Would we stay again - yes.

my first stay at an ibis hotel. its a no nonsense hotel located in front of bus stop. Staff were very nice and cleaning staff always greeting you. Nice small rooms and very clean with basic amenities.

you can print documents from the computer in the lobby for free
