Good hotel with strategic position

This was my 2nd time stay in this hotel, very good position at Bugis area. Near to the shopping center and a lot of things that can be done in the area. A lot of transportation option started from bus, train and taxi.

Good deal in an expensive city...
good location, close to Bugis MRT and popular tourist attractions

i got this hotel for usd on agoda and the standard walk-in price was . although the rooms are small (typical in s'pore), they are well kept. the hotel was good about arranging taxis for us and providing information about the are. it's just a short walj to bugis st. and you can get most anywhere by train/ bus. the area around the ibis is a little more inexpensive than other areas, with a market and hawkers nearby. the hotel has a 1 for 1 happy hour special that is a steal in s'pore. we stayed at a couple of other places around the city and this is the best value.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't eat the hotel breakfast...McDonalds is right around the cornet and a lot better and cheaper! Do reserve the breakfast with the orangatans at the zoo...an amaxing experience for all ages!

It's nice. Although the room is small, it's comfortable.
Free wifi service is perfect.
However, I've reserved a Queen Bed Room. Finally, I got a twin bed room.

Great location with friendly staff

The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are excellent although you have to bring your own luggages to your room. The friendly staff at the reception although had made up the burden.
Shopping Tip:
Near to shops for electronic items. Bus stop is just infront and the train station is just 5 minutes away.

Great location, nice hotel but a bit small.

Nice hotel but wall couldn't keep the noise from the walkway.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Bugis junction where you can do a lot of shopping and eating. Just behind the Kwan Im temple good for Buddhist.

lovely hotel, small rooms but great loctions, mrt, shopping and foods , clear and comfortable bed that is the make point i super like.
Shopping Tip:
very convenient location and close to food court and all shopping malls like, bugis street, bhc, bugis junction ....etc.

Tiny rooms, fantastic location

for a solo traveller, this would be an appropriate hotel for the price because the rooms were really tiny. this is made up for by the fantastic location where buses from the stop in front of the hotel got you to everywhere.
Shopping Tip:
use the bus system as the buses in front of the hotel got you to suntec, orchard, shenton way (financial cbd) and little india. otherwise, there are buses that stop in front of dhoby ghaut which is the main terminal for all mrt lines.

Clean and Comfortable as Always

I love the Ibis at Bencoolen. I always choose this whenever I have a business trip for a week or so in Singapore.
The place is very convenient. Taxi drivers know this. It's near the shopping area. The rooms are comfortable and the food in their restaurant is good.
;) Always a pleasure to stay here.

the location in bugis is good and is close to a number of common places for visit. though it is about 10 mins walk away from the bugis mrt station, you can travel to various places like offices in tai seng, macpherson, etc. and for leisure like city hall, china town, clarke quay, etc. it is also close to the bras basah mrt station, such that you can take either the east west line or the circle line. very convinent. the hotel room is a bit small, but tidy and clean. staffs are very helpful with good service.
