Great location to access downtwon or Jurong.
Nice and friendly staffs.

I like the location more than anything else.
Even access to downtown was easy and for me as a business traveler who meet with clients which mostly located in Tuas and Jurong, it was an added value point.
Nightlife Tip:
Location also is 10 min walk to Clarke Quay.

This hotel situated behind one of the famous landmark of Singapore, the famous Guanyin temple. Walk to MRT in just 10mins plus a huge foodcourt with a huge variety of local food.
However, the room is really small.

We booked 4 rooms for 7 of us, and they were able to get us all on the same floor. The hotel was clean, and everyone there was professional. The desk staff were cheerful and helpful with all of our inquiries. There's great shopping right outside the hotel, and it's easy to catch the bus or walk a couple blocks to the MRT subway station.
On the downside, the rooms were pretty small, and it seemed a bit pricey (night), but maybe that's just Singapore for you.
Shopping Tip:
there's the OG dept store right outside the hotel, but we really enjoyed going down to Orchard St for the best shopping malls around (especially ION)

Touch & Go style hotel.
I arrived at 9pm, left at 7am the next morning. Any longer, I don't think I would survive.

The hotel has food 'singapore taste' which is cool and would give you a good introduction of sinpapore food.
