Great location, fabulously comfortable beds
Location near underground & shopping, great service from all staff

We were greeted with smiles and genuine courtesy. The room is a little small, but with all necessary features. The beds were a pleasure to sink into after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. It's location near MRT Dhoby Gaut along Orchard Rd made messily any part of Sgp accessible. We wished the wash basin wasn't outside the toilet, but it had it's advantages though.

Right on Orchard Rd, at not too high a price

Hotel is clean and modern

Good location close to major MRT station. A newer, small-ish hotel, not one taxi driver ever heard of it -- but they all found it easy enough. Comfortable bed and linen, plenty of hot shower water, internet worked great for me. I like the all-white decor, clean, modern. No breakfast at this hotel. Overall functionality was good for me, I would stay here again.

Great location but small rooms

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is the best, few meters away from the intersection Dhouby Ghaut MRT station and right next to the Plaza Singapura on Orchard road. All and all it was comfortable and not too expensive.

Great overall . Location is the best I have stay in SG so far . Even room are small , but it is clean & cozy to stay. Price can be improve . & staff are useful & multi task . Do not mine go back to stay again or recommend other to stay for business trip or holiday or shopping trip if price can be cheaper

Nice hotel but not worth for money.

The hotel is at good location and staff is very good and cooperative, always smiling. Hotel is near MRT station so travelers can go anywhere in the city. The worst part of hotel is that the walls of room are very thin, so if somebody talk on corridor you can easily listen them, Offcourse they can listen you also. Rooms are very small and hardly don't have place to put extra luggage and stuff. Toilet is very small and not good. Overall if you are going to pay $230 then you expect more than what you will get there. For me the hotel room was ok but not worth for money.

good location, mrt and shopping around the area.
mrt just a few minutes walk to access other areas.

decent rooms, front desk assisted us with smiles, gave us directions on some of the tourist sites. some of the placement of stuff in the room was not so convenient, like the phone was near the door and the wires got tangled up with other things, etc.. but since you're just a transient visitor, it's not that bad. but if it's your own room, you'll need to relocate stuff..
