Location: shopping haven for all kinds of buyers
_Small and inconvinience check-in area
Expensive
Nearby is Bugis Junction Plaza which is a shopping haven for middle and upper class. Opposite is a street market which is also heaven for bargaining person. The Ko (japanese restaurant doen not serve guest on weekend.
The reception area is ridiculously small and narrow which make the check-in process is unnecessary long and inconvinence as a 5-star

Beautiful decor throughout. Very luxurious. Staff very attentive.
Disappointed that although we had booked a triple room, one of the beds was a roll out rather than a proper single bed.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful building, and unlike some other hotels the rooms were the same high standard. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location in Bugis - great access for MRT and only a very short walk to Raffles for sightseeing etc and direct entry into shopping centre. Some difficulty accessing our luggage that the hotel had been holding for us after checking out (whilst waiting for a night flight), when we wanted to change our clothes, as the staff didn't want to retrieve it until our transfer had arrived.

Great location
Nice rooms
Can be expensive - we got a cheap rate and it was awesome.
Highly recommended hotel in great location near Bugis markets. This hotel can be expensive but we found it at a discount rate on Agoda and this made it great value.

Easy walk to most attarctions in Singapore, especially the shops - the hotel is attached to a shopping centre.
Restaurant Tip : Food court on 3rd floor of shopping centre is excellent.

This is a lovely hotel. The location is excellent, centrally located in Singapore, with a shopping centre attached, the MRT downstairs and bus stops right outside. The rooms are a good size, the service is excellent, breakfast has lots of yummy options. The pool area on the roof is excellent and pretty quiet. Staff very responsive to all needs.
Restaurant Tip : Food court upstairs in the Bugis Junction shopping centre is very good and cheap.
