very near Bugis MRT station. Just 5 min walk. Near to hawkers center and Queens Street Bus Station for Johor Baharu buses Front desk staff not friendly, service is slow. Basically Golden Landmark Hotel is a budget hotel worth staying. I will definitely going back to stay when I go to Singapore next trip. Very convenience and able to walk to City Mall, Raffles City, Marina Square(15min), Suntec City Mall (20min). All shopping arcades are just walking distance. If you are looking for budget hotel and convenience, this is the place to stay. Of course you don't expect to have a 5 star service with a grand lobby with chandelier and pipe in music. But if you are just looking for a clean, basic room to stay. This hotel is highly recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Should go to Gelang to eat 'Frog porridge' and desert in Liang Seah Street (10 min walk from Golden Landmark), opposite Bugis Junction. Also to eat the Ritz Apple Strudel at the junction of North Bridge Rd and Tan Quee Lan Street.

bugis MRT, clean, view mall I stayed there on November 2009. This hotel is located near Bugis MRT station, just one block away which is easily access to everywhere. My room was on 11 floor. View is quite nice. I didn't have food over there so i can't say. First thing i was looking is safty box but nothing there. Hotel building look quite old but inside pretty ok. I had good sleep. Overall is perfect. Very good location.
Shopping Tip : Bugis Junction Shopping mall just a block away, Clothes, Foods, Supermarket. And the Bugis street shopping area just opposite. Nice surrounding

Near shopping area, 5-10 minutes walk to bugis junction. 3-5minutes walk to the nearest SMRT- bugis station. Our room is very spacious and has a good view of the city not to mention very clean and very comfortable. we loved our stay in this hotel. The thing i like with this hotel, Its very near to the shopping areas, 5-10 minutes walk to bugis junction. 3-5minutes walk to the nearest SMRT- bugis station. Near bugis MRT station and bugis mall. Helpful staff This hotel is very memorable, we arrived at the hotel almost 12 in midnight and forgot our luggage in the cab. we just found out when we are already in our room. the staff are very very helpful in finding the taxi cab, which end retrieving or luggage. Our room has great view of the city. we really enjoyed our stay.

The booking with Agoda was simple therefore it makes the check-in very easy. Buti guess there are unlimited rooms cause i checked in at 4 o'clock but i could not get the room that i requested for. I could not get my room with a queen sized bed. It was quite upsetting.

- 2 minutes walk from the Bugis MRT station.\n- walking distance to hawker stands and shopping area. - kind of 'away' from all the attractions.\n- a bit 'old'.\n- too many kids on our floor during out stay. Kind of disaapointed when we checkd-in. It's not as impressive from the pictures we saw on the website. It's kind of old. It's our first time in Singapore, therefore, we can't really compare to other hotels. I guess for $100us a night is acceptable in Singapore.\nRoom size and cleaniness of the room are ok. Staffs are quite helpful and friendly. The only problem was there were so many kids/families stayed on the same floor as ours and they were quite noisy chatting loudly in the hallway. It was quite annoying.\nTravelling to attractions is quite easy. The subway system in Singapore is quite nice.\n\nOverall, I am ok with this hotel but will try a different one closer to Orchard Road nextg time.

Best Priced, Located near Bugis shopping area, swimming pool, nice clean rooms. The hotel is also within a shopping complex. none that i can think of....maybe add more reception staff during peak hours of check in. We reached the hotel after 9pm and we still had to wait in line at the reception. A lot of tour groups also use this hotel. The bellhop was very helpful and the people at the reception. If you have time, they were offering a free heritage tour via the hippo hop on hop off bus for their in house guests. We like the lication since its 2 blocks away from the Bugis shopping area where you can find great bargains.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Ask for the free heritage tour they give for in house guests. I hope that this offer is not for a limited time only.

good location, very near to bugis MRT and shopping center reception very slow and no smile The hotel is close to the airport and no need for changing MRT line, very convenient. After coming out from the MRT station, it will only take you 5 minutes walk. There are shopping center like bugis junction, hawker center,indian temple, famous Guan Yin temple, mosqust all within 4-10 minutes walk.
Shopping Tip : there have a dive shop behind the hotel

Located within 5 minutes walk of the MRT, rooms are spacious for the price you pay. A bit pricey but overall fine, a little bit run down but not too much. Had problem locating the entrance to the hotel lobby as the hotel is attached to a shopping mall.

clean, nice view and friendly staff. the tv is old and the carpet a bit dirty. Nice and reasonable Hotel. Situated in a location where it's easy to get transport to other parts of Singapore. Staff is friendly and helpful though.

About near everywhere. Excellent place for a getting around the city. Friendly staff (like about everyone in Singapore). Clean and neat rooms. Nothing to be noted. I would stay there again It is overall a decent hotel. Of course you cannot expect 5 stars luxury, but I assure it is a very good 4 star hotel. I really have nothing to complaint of. Of the features I needed as a business travel the most important was the Wi-Fi in the room, and it worked very well. Unfortunately I was not able to test the fitness room, but the pool looked OK from my room window, and it was just a matter of lack of time that I did not relax there. The staff was friendly and all our demands were satisfied.

Good value, location is ok near MRT (200 metre walk) and near shopping centre Bugis Junction. Clean room Tired of looking building and room. Off the major attraction routes Located off the beaten track, but near MRT and a shoppign mall. Food and trasnport is ok. Room is large and clean. Bathroom is ok. But as a business traveller all you need is a cl3ean room and quite location, near trasnport and food. Given the current price in Singapore this is a good value , oters with same price are a bit "seedy".
Restaurant Tip : Near Arab Street area. lots of Muslim and Indian food if you like the spicy stuff.
