Beautiful Pool, number of restaurants and convenient location close to shops, train and local markets. Pool closes too early at night We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had two nice interconnecting rooms as our teenagers were with us. The pool was lovely, though it seems to close a bit early. The location was a short walk to restaurants and shops and staff were helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a fantastic show on Sentosa Island at night called "Song of the sea" which uses laser lights. This is great value and our children really enjoyed it. It was also nice to walk back to the cable car station on Sentosa after the show as there are lots of water features and landscaped gardens.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Great size rooms, and facilities were excellent. Loved the location, as was central to everything. The carpets could do with either replacing or professional cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as all the staff were friendly and professional. The bedrooms were a decent size, and facilities at the hotel were very good. Great pool! We liked the location too, as it was close to all shops, and the MRT. Will stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : For a delicious breakfast head off to Victory restaurant outside the Golden Landmark.

Hotel is a good value for money and situated in a very pleasant and interesting area. Food in the hotel was not fantastic. Internet is not included in the price (unless you upgrade to a more expensive package) and expensive. I stayed here for three days during my stopover on the trip from Europe to New Zealand. The stay was very enjoyable.
There is nothing special about the hotel itself (although it is an excellent value for money). The area is its strong point. It is strategically located near MRT station Bugis from which you can reach Changi airport in 25 minutes. Taxi would take approximately the same time and would cost you less than $20 SGD. You can walk to the centre of the city in 10-15 min along North Bridge Road (one metro station) where you can find numerous restaurants on Boat Quay.
Various shopping opportunities are on neighboring Bugis market and street markets are also there, if this is your cup of tea. It is cheaper to shop there than on Orchard Road.
There are several pockets of old Singapore around, all very colourful. The hotel is situated on Arab Street near the mosque and virtually in the Arabic Quarter. Mediterranean restaurants (e.g. Anbrosia on 19 Bagdad St) were interesting and food had unfamiliar flavours. Little India, which is also very close, is picturesque with numerous goldsmith shops but do not try food there unless you like it very spicy.
Travel tip : A very nice Cyber House with cheap internet is situated in Bras Basah Complex facing North Bridge Road (5 min walk from the hotel).

The hotel view was very beautiful, the exterior of the hotel was the selling point of the hotel and the location of the hotel was one of the best. The weakness of the hotel was the staff of the hotel which was not good at all and not cooperative towards its guests. I would rate the staff and its service at not above average also and that was what I disliked the most. The hotel is very good with its beautiful and pleasant and strategic location and one would fall in love with the view one gets to see from the window of the hotel room, but equally problamatic is the behaviour and the coldness of the staff in greeting its guests. One thing that needs drastic improvement is the staff behaviour and if it improves then the hotel would be one of the best in the business and Agoda will be proud to incorporate this hotel in it's list of service providers.
Shopping Tip : Nearby the hotel there is a shopping centre named Mustafa Centre and Shim Lin shopping centre which are very nearby from the hotel and hardly 10 to 15 minutes walk from hotel which are very good place for shopping goods.

Hotel is closed to Bugis Subway Station The outside of the hotel has too many vendors selling assorted wares. Quite irritating if you are not really interested in shopping. The hotel is very near to Bugis Subway Station. The bus stop is also a short walk away. If you are fond of shopping, this hotel is your hotel. There are many vendors nearby. Many restaurants all around so eating is not really a problem. Room decorations are a bit outdated and furnitures need to be replaced.
I will recommend this hotel to my friends. I will stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
The size of the room is not big but comfortable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It is convenient to use the Hop On Hop Off Tour Bus to visit the many tourist attractions though allow some time for waiting for the next bus to come along.
Street Food are clean, cheap and delicious. Moneychangers offer a better exchange rate than banks. Malls have food courts where you can try different kind of food. Price are inexpensive and service is fast.
