Good location .Rooms a reasonable size and a decent size bath and even better hot water that doesn't run out after 2 minutes The check in and out is painfully slow .Only 2 staff on the desk and although they are fantastic it isn't really good enough Hotel is in a good location .The best feature for me was the hot water that doesn't run out before the bath is even full and a decent size bath you could actually lie down in .The check in/out is a big negative , more staff are needed to make things move along better .Staff are friendly and helpful.

Big pool, great staff, good location The hotel is a little bit old from the outside, and the shower changes the temperature all the time. We had a really nice stay in this hotel. I book a standard room and ask for a non smoking. Upon arrival (at 1 AM) there were no non smoking rooms, so they upgrade us to a better room in the last floor (since i also had asked for a hig floor). It was a really nice gesture.
Everytime i went to reception they greeted us with a smile and help us with every doubt or advice we needed. For me, the hotel had a good locatino because it was 2 block from the MRT and if you wanted you could walk to Civic district and Clarke Quay. The pool was very big and had a nice bar by the side.
I would definetly recommend this hotel.

Great Location, near to the MRT and well known shopping area known as Bugis. Great pricing. The restaurant could be redone, looks ancient. Overall, a great place to stay for several days. Very close to MRT and hospital, also largest outside shopping area. Near Sim Lim Electronics and other avenues. Restaurant could use improvement, suggest eat elswhere! Poor Fitness Center, pool is not deep 1.45 meters deep.
Restaurant Tip : Not to eat in the hotel restaurant. eat elsewhere

Nice big bed! Helpfull bell hops. Phone was broken.. had to hold reciever cord in slot to talk, then keep wedged in with a piece of paper. Checked in for one night. My flight was changed leaving Singapore and the staff were too helpfull in organizing an extra days stay. Had a great view from the window, could plan my shopping route! The location is very handy as it is close to good shopping districts and the building is really a landmark as I could jump in a cab and look up in the sky and point out my hotel. Will definately stop in again.
Shopping Tip : Sim Lim Tower is nearby. Can gat any electronic item under one roof.

Near good shopping ( bugis ) mrt arab street and little india - short distance from orchard road. Breakfast - same menu daily. I like the area, the hotel is clean and quite, staff is friendly. I stay twice a year. The food court are near by. 7/11 is also near. For shoppiny you can just walk for less than 5 minutes and you are at bugis. Mrt is also there. Its a central hotel.

Located near to bugis MRT station. Poor room conditions and bathroom features, even no tooth brush and tooth paste. Excellent location of the hotel, worthy for its cost. The condition of the hotel however is very poor. Condition of room is ok but bathrooms are in very poor condition. Facilities are very limited. Hospitality of staff members is also not as good as expected. Overall performance of the hotel is average.

centrality to bugis shopping and to a busy food centre. central to a tube station, and the hotel is very adequate. breakfast not included and place is being upgraded. this is a 3 star hotel that would be a 4 if it was newer.great facility with good helpful staff who speak many languages well. the rooms are big and bathrooms good. central to bugis tube only 10 mins away. shopping and a large food place 2 stories to satisfy your tastebuds and keep money in your pocket .close to a terrific museum and walking distance to suntec the waterfront and orchard road. tube takes you to airport and sentosa island with 1 interchange.good value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : close enough to walk to many sights. easy on a tube too.

3 pm checkout For class of hotel no real cons.
Being picky,the plumbing was a bit noisy! MRT is 150 yards from hotel and can be used to access all of Singapore cheaply (S$1 approx for most trips). This also has direct link to Changi Airport providing very cheap access.
Hotel room was very comfortable with large bed and tea/ coffee facilities plus a fridge.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Buy a travel card at airport for use on MRT and buses. Makes getting around quick and easy.

Good location, walking distance to MRT and Shopping mall. Old hotel, 80's interior design. Good location - walking distance to Bugis MRT station and walking distance to Bugis Junction shopping mall, Just the opposite of Raffles Hospital, fast and efficient check-in, old building and old interior design, Small bath-room. Taxi always available in front of hotel lobby, seven eleven store is just across the street, Walking distance to Mosque, you can experience Singapore diversity of malay, indian and chinese ambiance here. If you gonna spend more time outside (for business / exploring Singapore), this is good choice for hotel.

Everything the hotel has to offer specially the location. Taxis are rather hard to get sometimes at the front of the hotel. On our second time to check in on this hotel from our return from Malaysia, we got a two bed deluxe room in the upper floors. The rooms were newly refurbished and everything was in good order.
As usual, the front desk service was very helpful and checking in and out of the hotel was such a breeze.
We would certainly like to return to this hotel again.

location, room and view, swimming pool and area around it. check out slow in mornings only 2 staff on duty usually, so a queue always developed.
some of the grout around the tiled area of bath moldy. next to the litte Arab area, plenty of places to eat also next to hop on hop off bus stop. Great view of area, harbour, singapore flyer(big wheel with carriages). Nice pool and area.
5 minute walk and you were in Little India. Would stay there again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : outside hotel is the singapore airlines hop on hop off bus stop, which runs every 30 minutes. Only 5 minute walk and you are in Little India. Plenty of shops and resturants outside hotel.

Close to Bugis street and centre, good transport links..MRT, Bus, Taxi Dated hotel, cumbersome layout, no facilities for those with late flights, I had to shower in the pool area at 9pm, no towells provided. Internet wifi pries a rip off, especially with it free over the road in the coffeee shop! When will hotels not learn that if they stop using rip off prices they might get more business? Likewise, they wanted rip off price for breakfast add on when you can walk across the road to the coffee shop and spend peanuts. Not great hotel, price was high for the quality of this dated hotel....room had no safe, tv not tuned in as usual...do hotels ever tune their tv's? Shower mixer didn't work....tea and coffee was a cheap brand...all in all this hotel needs to have a good look at themsleves!
Shopping Tip : Nearby..the hotel's only asset.

Location, it is absolutely in the center of everything in Singapore. Taxis are sometimes very hard to get in the front of the hotel. We checked in twice for this hotel. First, during our arrival in Singapore. Second, when we returned to Singapore from Malaysia a few days later.
During the first time, we got a twin bed superior room in the middle floors. The room was in relatively good order (clean), but the furnishings were a bit aging.
On our second time to return, we were upgraded to a deluxe twin bed room in the upper floors facing the pool. The rooms were similar to the superior rooms in size, but were newly refurbished.
Both times, we received excellent service from the front desk personnel. Especially from the Filipino staff.
The hotel's location is right in the center of Singapore, as it is convenient to go to anywhere in Singapore. The metro subway is two blocks away. And the public bus coming from the Singapore immigration center coming from Malaysia ends right at the bus depot right at the back of this hotel.

nice view from window, good location and breakfast takes time to check-in, room not prepared when we arrived room and view was fine as i can see Singapore wheel from my window, however when we arrived at hotel around 12;30 they said room is not prepared and we may come back after 1 hour, when we did arrived they said breakfast is not included though it was included in our booking with agoda, so they checked their records and later said ok it is, but do you want to swap breakfast with free internet and we said NO, apart from it nice rooms and hotel.
