Quite close by the MRT station in 5 min walking distance, easy to exchange money as there are many exchange shops and the exchange is quite good, the bed is nice and comfortable.
the decoration is quite old and dark at lobby. And the main lobby is not on ground floor. It made confusion when I just arrive the hotel. The lobby cafe seems not very attractive so we won't try, can't ask for help on concierge counter as nobody there or simple answer "Yes" or "no".
Reviewing my stay at Golden Landmark-A - deluxe room, the rate is higher than superior room. The room is clean, the bed is nice but the lobby is quite small, dark and old. The facilities is not well-built.
On Dec 17 morning, the fire alarm is suddenly on and the electricity is stopped. No one from hotel informed us what happen. The lift is switched off and we need to talk down by step from 10th floor. Even we meet some hotel guys when we are walking down, no one explained to us what happen. We are little scared if it is real fire inside hotel or just alarm misaligned. Also afraid of losing our belongings.
In addition, when we ask for the direction to some place in counter, the reception asks us to ask concierge, however, the concierge counter either nobody there or very simple answer that you cannot reach by MRT and no assistance how we can reach there. They just said taking "taxi". Finally we found the way to go by ourselves.
The good point is it is very convenience to access MRT (underground) station to reach everywhere and it is nearby Bugis wholesale market.
Shopping Tip : and convenient to access MRT.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It is very clean and for the price you can not beat it. It is centrally located to everything especially for me since I do business very near to the hotel. The bathtubs are really great to relax in. They are very big and long and me being very tall it was great to be able to enjoy this amenity.

Clean, helpful receptionists. Within a walking distance from the shopping area.
Food was not good. Bell man was not helpful at all.
Good location. Near Bugis shopping junction. Near MRT Bugis station. Near internet cafe.
At first, the bell man did not help me with the luggage although the driver put my suitcase in the middle of the street. But after I complained to the manager about the bellman, he talked to him and all became very helpful.
Food at the Indian restaurant was very good, but not at the other restaurant.

Convenient to everything
Good price
Very comfortable rooms
Access to the internet was sometimes difficult and a little too expensive
My stay at the Golden Landmark was very good. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. I enjoyed the Arab district dining and shopping and the easy access to other parts of Singapore. The bathroom of the hotel was very nice especially the size of the bathtub since I am a tall man. I will book this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Being close to the Arab district.

The location of the hotel
Very comfortable rooms
wonderful tubs and bathrooms
access to internet not very good
too much money for internet
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. It is centrally located near the Arab district and to dining and shopping. The rooms are very comfortable with really nice bathtubs. The pricing of the rooms is very reasonable for what you get. The staff are very helpful in whatever it is you might need.

near to Arab Street & Bugis Junction.
Hotel is located near to Bugis Junction and Arab Street. Besides that, you may enjoy delicious just 2 min walk from hotel. Almost all famous local foods restaurants are located near by to the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is consider comfort and new. But hotel appearance look quite old. Easy to access by taking Taxi & MRT.

Moldy Dirty Bathroom.
Paper this walls between rooms.
Stink of bleach in room.
Unfriendly and uncaring staff.
expensive internet.
I recently had the misfortune of booking this hotel.
It was the last leg of a multi trip tour that i was doing all over Asia/Australia.
It was so bad i woke up at 7am on the 1st day and checked out...
This hotel is full of huge noisy groups.
Staff didn't seem to care about customer well being or even about the fact that i checked out 1.5 days early.

Good size rooms, convenient location and really good pool area.
The Golden Landmark is a well situated hotel with friendly staff. There is a good bar situated in the surrounding shopping mall and a restaurant serving good food. The pool area, which serves superb breakfasts and snacks, is well looked after and affords good views of the surrounding area. The hotel is good value for money and I would recommend, particularly for a stopover break.
The time I had to wait at reception, on more than occasion, was frustrating! There always appeared to be plenty of staff but they were doing something else. Once I was attended to things ran smoothly enough, but people should give themselves time at check-in and out.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use the pool area, it's a great place to unwind.

Handy for bus station, nice hotel and helpful staff
They charge for internet (wifi) when its free all over the city and you can pick it up in the room!
We got the bus from Malaysia and the Queen St station that its stops at is just 1 block from the hotel. They tried to upsell the room (as you'd expect) but the price wasnt worth a breakfast and internet that you can get for free all over the city. Room was pleasant, good size, nice bathroom. No complaints.

Comfortable Room. Clean and Modern Bathroom.
Lighting in the room was poor. Service of bellhop was limited, due to hotel being situated in a shopping gallery.
Excellent location, close to Bugis Junction Metro. Shops and Restaurants within a few blocks. Safe area. The hotel staff courteous. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. While the room lighting was a bit dim, the bed and linens were clean and offered good support. A good option for medium priced standard hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Restaurant row by the mosque offers some pleasant eating experiences.

Reasonable price.
Vest location.
This hotel is reasonable price in Singapore,
and exists best location.
Because the location is near by Bugis MRT station, it is convenient to move around Singapore.
And Because near by Raffeles hospital that have Japanese clinic, it is very relief for Japanese when sickness during travel.

Very close to Bugis MRT station. Nice size rooms. Friendly and helpful staff
Very hard bed. Food in restaurants is way too expensive
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed in a superior room with a kind size bed. The size of the room was spacious as compared to most 2-3 star hotels in singapore. I was attracted to this hotel because I got a good rate for my stay and because of the room sizes (32 sm). The location of the hotel is good. It is about a 5 minute walk down Victoria street to Bugis station. This station, by the way, is very centrally located on the MRT line and also has a shopping mall in there so you can have a nice reasonably-priced meal, see a movie, or do some shopping. The staff were very friendly and took care of any need that I had. I asked for an iron and they let me have one, plus an ironing board for my entire stay. My room was cleaned every day and I always had fresh linens and bath towels. My only complaints were that the breakfast was way too expensive ($15), the bed was almost as hard as the floor, and, for about three nights, my neighbors in next room were too loud (slamming doors and Hee-haw sessions at 10:30 at night). Other than those three, It was not too bad. I would stay there again if I were going back to Singapore.
Restaurant Tip : Plenty of Hawker stalls there in Bugis station. Most are rated \"A\". My only problem was that there were so many choices, that I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to eat! Wonderful food there!

Quite Clean Room, Close to MRT Bugis Station just a blog away, A walking distance to Bugis Junction Shopping mall
Pretty old feature, No safty box, lighting not enough,
Golden Landmark is quite clean hotel but a bit old from feature outside. There is no safty box in the room so i have to carry my passport all around places.Bed is quite comfortable. And i did not eat anything at the hotel so i cannot recommened about food. The hotel location is just perfect, close to MRT Bugis station just a block away, easily access to Bugis Junction shopping mall, Opposite with Raffle Hospital but the area is a bit smelly as it is a Isalamic area. But i will absolutly return there.
Shopping Tip : There is a Bugis Junction shopping mall which combined with supermarket, store, mostly everything you need except brand name products just a walking distance from the hotel. And The Bugis street which is quite cheap product over there but you need to good at bargain.
