the rate is fair for a four star hotel in singapore. the staffs are very helpful and friendly. they even helped us to arrange the rental of the mpv because we came with older children and another family friend, but the mrt is also very near if you need one. there are a lot of restaurants nearby which serve varieties of food and they are quite cheap too. we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I feel comfortable and safe, They keep on cleaning our rooms that is the most I wanted and i want also their complementary.
Shopping Tip:
Always ask GST for your receipt refund tax and you must have location map for your guide.

Grt location with halal restaurants nearby
V close to Spore's classic murtabak + halal restaurants n famous shops in Arab st, n Sultan mosque', has iron n ironing board.

Excellent hotel if u arrive in a car n want to spend time enjoying the halal restaurants n shopping for fabrics in Arab st, cos the other 4-star hotels within walking distance of Arab St do not have a car park. Shopping at Anglia (for women,s apparel) came with complimentary buffet lunch.. (excellent customer service).
Restaurant Tip:
Those who appreciate murtabak s'pore will not want to miss comparing whether Zam Zam restaurant,s murtabak (using olive oil) is any tastier than tt of Victory restaurant,s muratabak next door.

The hotel is nice, location is good. walking distance from the MTR. Pool is nice only it was closed some time because of a wedding going on. rooms are ok, but there are stains in the bathroom and on the carpet.
overall a good stay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the Singapore Airlines bus stops in front of the hotel for a hop on/hop off tour
