Comfortable Stay With Family

I have choose to book Landmark Village Hotel for my mum during her visit in Singapore as I found out that the hotel location is very strategic and it is walking distance to MRT station. My mum was really enjoy to stay at Landmark Village Hotel and we will be definitely come back to Landmark Village Hotel soon. Last but not least, the area which is require to be improved will the the lift whereby we found out the life system are not really user friendly as we need to insert our hotel room card to enable us to get up to our floor where we stay. Suggested the life system as simplified as possible.

Excellent hotel with good service

Rooms were clean and neat. Wi-fi access was good. The hotel was very close to shops and restaurants. Overall a good place to stay whether for business or holiday.

Our guest are happy... The location of the hotel is accessible and they could move around without much problems. Its near the train station and shopping centre around the vicinity. The rooms are pretty spacious as compared to some other hotels pricy and small.

was there for one night after family visiting. the room was ok but a bit old. food is not an issue as there are lots of restaurants and pubs just around the corner.
Restaurant Tip:
Kampung glam is superb. Must try the local dish called 'lontong'. Delicious...

''Great Location with Hotel Improvements required'

We stayed in this hotel due to the location and the fact that the hotel is under renovation and rooms on the site looked really modern and up to date therefore we thought it would make sense to pay a little bit more for what we wanted. When we arrived we had to change rooms twice as we asked for a non smoking room ( which apparently we had but it had a really strong smell of smoke and cigarette burn marks on the new white surface on the bathroom ). The response we were given whilst changing rooms is that '' the rooms are non smoking but we do not know if people smoke in them '' ?? ... There was a strong smoke smell on the corridors and the rooms which seemed to have been refurbished recently were not done to high standard with broken floors, unfinished doors, stains and licking toilettes . The cleanliness of the hotel could also be improved.
The staff at reception were very attentive and the hotel is in a good location with shopping , dining and transports very accessible. Not sure I would come back to the hotel in the future and I would not pay extra for a premium room.

the hotel looks a bit old. when we got there, we got upgraded to executive rooms next to each other which was very nice and big king bed. the hotel is just 5 mins walk to Bugis Junction shopping mall, theres food all around the hotel along arab street and the mosque is near for prayers. easy to find taxi's also as there is a taxi stand at the front.the only thing which we found hard was the room service food werent halal, very hard as we like to have late dinner meals in the hotel and we are muslims.
