it's a great location, very near to bugis mrt, bhg, bugis street. so close to raffles hospital also.
the room is big, but the staff not so kindly. and they make up room so late.

location ok but room, carpet & toilet not up keep

overall other than location is good the rest need to up keep too many indians and smell yiaky. may consider to segregate floors / rooms for non-indians guests.
suggest carpet and toilet fitures to upgrade.
NEVER consider to stay again in this hotel!!!!

Conveniently located with lots of eateries around, within walking distance to MRT station

close to Bugis MRT

This is 3 star hotel. No service. They never inform guest before booking that they are doing a maintenance (renovation) cause noisy.
Operator should be inproved the tone of voice when talk to the guest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel can get to the China Town and Clarke Quay.

Convenient Location but old hotel and small rooms

Location was fine but hotel seems really old. The lobby was away from the first floor with no signages so it was hard to tell where it was. The bellhop was not always on level one so at first arrival, it was really very lost. The luggage counter (concierge I believe) was left empty most times. I had to wait a long time to place my luggages and an even longer time for someone to come and give me back my luggages.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Near the Bugis and Suntec shopping malls, near MRT (subway) which gives proximity to Orchard, Marina Square, Marina Bay areas.
