Excellent newly Renovated Deluxe Rooms, Friendly Front Office and Best Location on the Bugis Area, the only draw back is basic services are being charged, especially just for booking a cab. which should have been a free service for the hotel guests.

The room on the 9th floor we stayed in had been recently renovated. It has large windows with nice views overlooking the pool and Singapore Flyer in the distance. The large King size bed is very soft. The internet is fast and there are several English language TV stations. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant and room service food is very good - mostly India cuisine with a few western choices. The pool area was generally quite, even on the weekends. My only complaint is the shower is European style with no door, and water gets everywhere in the bathroom. This is easily overlooked in lieu of the other features.

The staff upgraded us to a better room that had been recently renovated and was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay by a few days. The food at the hotel is very good, but there are also tons of local eateries in the surrounding area. Although the address is Victoria Street, the entrance is actually on Arab St.

THE ROOM IS BIG AND WIFI RECEPTION IS VERY GOOD. THERE IS A MOSQUE JUST OPPOSITE THE HOTEL AND EASY TO FIND FOOD AROUND.
