the service we received at the reception was helpful, room service was jiffy when we requested for utensils as well.
as my room was situated in the new block, it was a very very long walk towards the room.
For locals who drive, the hotel has their own carpark and parking for hotel guests is complimentary. The hotel is also surrounded by lots of good food stalls and is also near the mall. We found the hotel's service pleasant and helpful.
Also, the view from our window were shophouses and buildings in a demolished state. Not very pleasant as you can imagine. Location-wise, it is central and convenient.

Clean and seems quite new. Important to note also is that they provide free parking. Prices in the restaurants and bars are very reasonable. Overall service level is acceptable.
Small room and even smaller bathroom. The wardrobe is also tiny and the TV is placed on top of this half sized wardrobe. No iron in the room and based on the package I took, newspapers do not come complimentary.
Overall, I quite like the location. Though the nearest train station might be a distance to walk for tourists, there are plenty of local food fare just across the street. Some of the local food on offer are actually quite popular if not famous in Singapore. I also found that the food stall known as the Hong Kong Cafe operates almost 24 hrs which is a real plus.

the location of the hotel is easy to the main shopping areas such as Orchard Road and Scotts road. Trasnportation is very easy as we can find any kind of means of transportation ; MRT, buses, and taxis.
The room was not as large as I thought before, although we in the family knew that most of hotel rooms in Singapore are not that big.
I and my sister often go to Singapore. We like to have experience with different hotels whenever we visit this country. This time we chosen Link Hotel. Some of new taxi driver still confuse with this hotel but when we explain that it is located in Tiong Bahru, they understand well. We both like the environment of the hotel although it was not a big one, but we enjoy our stay. The staffs are friendly and helpfull.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you visit Singapore for the first time and still confuse where to go to to attraction, please just ask the staffs at the front desk. They will give you information or tourist attraction you need. That's the aesiest way to do.
