Staff are very friendly and helpful
The room is safe & very clean, but maybe too small for a big guy.
The hotel location is ok, not to far from MRT station.
Seafood, restaurants and a large food court are nearby.
So, overall is nice. I will go back there again

not well known, small rooms, breakfast not included and was expensive.
I only stayed for a single night. The hotel had very clean rooms, updated with new furnishings. The hotel was shaped a little odd and was obviously rather new because the taxi drivers didn't know where it was. Many food (Seafood and Japanese) places were readily available within a 3-4 minute walk. The staff was friendly and very engaging everywhere I went in the hotel. The hotel was a little out of the way from orchard road, china town, or the main business district so I had to take a taxi everywhere I went, which wasn't bad for an overnight stay. The location could be a problem for a longer term stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you carry a business card from the hotel for the address. 2 of the cabs drivers did not know where the hotel was.

Good location, not quite in the city centre but very close.
Nicely decorated rooms.
Internet access in the room although only through cable.
Rooms were a bit small. No wireless.
Nice hotel, good decoration and conveniently located close to the city centre although MRT stations were about 7 minutes walk but a taxi will be quite cheap anyway.
Had to extend my stay and changed to Executive Deluxe rather than Deluxe because the room was quite small.
Service was quite good and they were very accommodating when I needed to send some faxes and print a couple of flight tickets.
Didn't eat at the hotel so can't rate that aspect.
Restaurant Tip : Very close to Tiong Bahru market food court, excellent place to get some nice food for great value.
