Just an Ordinary Boutique Hotel

this is an just an ordinary boutique hotel. for single business traveler should be ok, but for family holiday is not a recommended hotel. location is ok for those who enjoy walk to china town shopping market. breakfast is more fantastic in outside of the hotel. nevertheless, this is just a standard / normal hotel. not so bad but also nothing is spectacular.

extended my stay here for one more night while on business. nothing too special about the hotel - service was prompt but a bit cold, and rooms were tiny but clean. biggest plus point is the location which is walking distance to bus stop and mrt stop and 24 hour convenience store

Good location, but small rooms and noisy

Stayed here for business for a week. Hotel is in a convenient location as it's a few minutes walk away from the MRT station and is even closer to a bus stop. There is also a 24 hour convenience store outside the hotel and a few restaurants opposite it. Bad points would be the lack of wifi except in the lobby, the small rooms and the noise from outside and from other rooms - the soundproofing isn't too great.

Simple, small rooms

Location was not bad with free shuttle service to some major spots like Suntec. MRTs and bus stops nearby, but mostly took cabs which are plentiful in Singapore. TV is extremely small, as a matter a fact, my biggest gripe has to be the room size. Can't exactly leave my hand-carry luggage open for easy access as it would have taken up walking space in the room! Everything s a bit dated, and there was a weird smell coming out of the toilet (really bad considering the size of the room). The walls are pretty thin so you can hear what's going on in the hallways and sometimes, even your neighbours. Reasonably clean and tidy, it was still a bit too lacking for us. Would likely stay in some of the older hotels next time particularly those which has been refurbished (like Holiday Inn, Furama, Copthorne etc).
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of good local food nearby; you can get very cheap meals at food courts and small restaurants within walking distance to the hotel.

Great location but small rooms

We surely did not get what we were looking for and the payment per night is outrages for the size of the room.. There was barely room to walk around and the lighting in the room was horrible. On the first night, even our air conditioning was not working. The phone in our room could not be connected and because of this, a friend was stranded in a foreign country all night because the reception could not get through the room phone at 4 am. I hope this can be resolved.

Frist time i was no idea for this hotel, seems look like nice and after i've arrive at there, its true this hotel very nice and comfortable to sleep. I've checkin at 8.30 PM and the hotel still can accept the voucher! it was so awesome! and i went to the room, its not too big room but its very convenience with low price and this hotel very suitable for traveler like me.

for everyone looking for nightlife in singapore, you should try to Zirca! it was so amazing! very big club and the crowded its awesome!

if you are on a budget but want comfort as well this is the hotel for you.although the rooms are small most they are clean.
it is about 15-20mins walk to clark quay if you don't mind the humidity.
overall, good stay and will return again.

When I ask for two additional bottles of water. Request was turn down. how much will it cost the hotel form two additional bottles of water?
