Simple - comfy budget hotel

Generally a pleasant trip - the process of checking in and out was a breeze.
The lift to the other floors were a tad slow, but at least they were clean and brightly lit. Also, while the corridors looked dark and dingy, the rooms were decent and clean.

All services are good except for the only one staff at the front. He is not friendly when I m check-in because I'd like to leave message for my cousin who arrived before me. Finally she didn't receive it and we didn't meet each other because of him. The doorman at nighttime is very friendly and service mind. The room is quite small but with all facilities.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a hawker center on the road behind the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, near the city but not too close for it to be noisy. Public transport is also near by, so transportation is not a problem to move around. The hotel is also very nice where the rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Budget wise, there is not much to complain as

its a great hotel, rooms are clean, location is near public transport. nothing to complain about so far. would recommend this to the business traveler and cost wise, this is very reasonable. in a district where there's not much noise and traffic but still close enough to the city.

Link hotel is located near chinatown and a MRT station great for people who are on business trips or simply just for fun. There's a food court not too far from the hotel with varieties of local cuisine to choose from. The only downside about the hotel is the rooms are relatively small

Great Location
The Hotel is situated near one of the most popular food centre in Singapore (Tiong Bahru market). I am tempted to eat more than my usual serving when I eat there. It beats paying $20-$30 for a buffet breakfast at the Hotel.

i was recommended this hotel by a colleague familiar with singapore because of its low cost. the hotel was perfect for me. some may criticise the rooms for being too small but there all the usual facilities provided including a tv, coffee/tea and a good bathroom. free internet access via a cable was excellent although there were some glitches on day with poor bandwidth. there was good access to the conference hotel (a more expensive venue near the river) via foot or by taxi. importantly taxis were prompt and there was little time spent queueing or waiting for them.
