I have been staying couple of times in this hotel room but was always given a single bed bedroom. The staff always giving the same excuse that the double bed room is fully book. Therefore, if you required a double bed, then you have to book in advance. The other thing i notice is the availability of the iron and ironing board. It takes a long time for this to be delivered to the room due to the lack of staff and the equipment to be shared. I proposed they make a common room for this ironing facilities and anyone wanted to iron the clothes can just drop by at the common room.
Restaurant Tip:
The ever popular tiong bharu pao is located at shoplot behind the hotel

My experience staying at the Link Hotel Singapore was wonderful. Its location which is near to Orchard Road with its room rates makes it a Good Deal hotel. Right the opposite road, walking distance of 10mins, there is a Tiong Bahru food court which has various local dishes. Also besides the Hotel, there is a 24 hours mini mart. wonderful experience.

There are many restaurants located around Link Hotel

Its far from from both tiong bahru n outram stations. but good thing is the bus stops just nearby the hotel (walking distance in 5 mins) so you might consider to take bus instead of MRT.
Staffs are polite and helpful. The room is small but still acceptable. Its not bright enough in the room, can't even read newspaper inside the room.
Restaurant Tip:
You could find a lot of hawker stalls at tiong bahru market which is located 5 mins away from the hotel.

I always stay in this hotel whenever my business trip to Singapore. For the price you pay, it is considered not too expensive nor too cheap which you can get a reasonable simple yet clean room for a short stay. The location is very good which is situated in the middle of Singapore which makes travelling either to east or west of Singapore very convenient. There is also plenty of restaurant serving food with reasonable price within walking distance from the hotel. You will not find any problems in parking if you are driving as they have an open car park at the back of the hotel and you do not have to pay for it if you are a hotel guest.
Restaurant Tip:
I would suggest you ignore the breakfast serve by the hotel as you can easily get nice local food (lots of choices) in the nearby hawker center which is about 10minutes walk.

Location is not bad, close to china town. There are plenty of rooms in this hotel thought it a bit small room. Bus station is near to the hotel. Thought the breakfast is not include but it not a problem coz so many local restaurant around there.

the hotel is quite okay compare to what we have paid. It is reasonable price, not too expensive also not too cheap. Safety is acceptable, they using keycard. But if they can improved the quality of toilet in room, it will be a perfect economy hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
U can just take a bus to MRT status instead of walking.

I booked a single big bed room long time in advance, and I paid for that, which actually it showed available from the agoda website during the booking time, however, hotel gave me a double small bed room, said the single bed room was not available when the time I was checking in, without any notice, this was very bad and I don't know who should be the one can take the responsibility, the room is very normal compare with the hotel in other Asia places like Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Shanghai...even the price is higher, the refig was not working, but the service staff was very nice and fix it next day.

It was not a pleasnt stay experience in Link, it is fit for budgeted type of traveller since the room is small, facility is minimum, and the shower place is tinny and hard to move around within the room. From exterior it looks great, but once you get into the room, you can tell the "unfit" of the room layout.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Minimum facility and business stay is fine. Not good for Family with Children.

Space inside the room is quite small, other is fine. convenient store next to the hotel , it is easy to buy smoething you need. Also one Japanese restrurant next to the convenient store , food there is not bad , not really expensive.I will go there for food again if I stay Link Hotel next time.
