For the price i pay, i think everything is good for me although the room is very normal. with it normal rate i wouldnt consider staying there. overall a good stay for budget stayer

old looking exterior hides great interior

the hotel was the normal boutique hotel you can find. the exterior walls of the hotel building looks a bit old. however, inside it hides a adequate room. the surrounding was very peaceful. the drawback i had was my room was beside the lift and thus i kept hearing the sound of the lift arriving.
overall. its 3/5.
Shopping Tip:
walk inside and visit the quaint shops that are synonymous to tiong bahru

I'm pretty easy going and don't care too much for large ornate rooms, so this hotel worked well for me. The room was fairly small, but sufficient and clean. Free wifi was good, and this place is a quick cab ride to most of the city/Sentosa.
Restaurant Tip:
Make sure to try the Black Pepper Crab whenever you go to Singapore. Long Beach Seafood is good, but somewhat pricey.

loved this hotel when it first built. the link is great and the bridge that connects the two gives a added plus point to the artchitecture of the hotel. It is simple no frills. the service is good the rooms clean... though a little bit small. but overall very good.

Central location to go to Orchard / MRT Green line / Outram / HarbourFront. Even taxi fare is cheap from this location.
Room is clean, Free Internet is nice (didn't lock down to per device).
The only thing to be careful is their email support. Make them response (Noted / Ok) to something you request for because they will penalize you and causing extra payment.
That's my only bad experience, otherwise were all great.

There's restaurants behind this hotel that serve until 2-3am
