Not so many taxi driver know. Quite new hotel in Singapore. Placed in house area. Quiet place.
Only noise from bar and lift machine (better change room if hotel provide room near from lift.) There is a Tiong Bahru food center near from there. You can find nice and cheap meal at there.
New hotel. Placed not so convenient area. There is a convenience store and Japanese restaurant in same building with hotel.
A bit far from MRT station. Lift sound is noisy. Night time can hear noisy song from pub.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a Tiong Bahru food center near from this hotel. Opposite side got some restaurant.

We stayed the hotel for 3 nights to visit a friend residing in Singapore. The double room on fifth floor we stayed was, small but clean and bright. The room facing on residential area was quest although the view from the window was boring old apartments and street restaurants, I read some complaints about the location but there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and taxi in Singapore is inexpensive. All taxi drivers we took understood the location when we showed the address. Breakfast was overpriced for its quality.

The hotle staff are nice but didn't give too much information. It looks like that they have some shuttle bus, but can never take advantage of them because of their schedule.
Close to the market.
It is far from the MRT subway station.

- Shopping Tip : Getting to Orchard Road is convenient and taking a cab there doesn't cost you much (less than $10) per trip

A very short walking distance away, there's a market place. Try the food court on the 2nd floor - nice option for breakfast.
