The location is great, the rooms spacious and the staff beautiful.Good value for money.
The reception aera has no atmosphere, but the statue is beautiful.
The carpetting in the rooms should be renewed. We never heard about the M Hotel.But we will never forget the helpful staff.Though we arrived late at night at the hotel, the staff took all the time to give us the most suitable room for us.
My husband is and it is often difficult staying in a hotel.The room we got was very spacious and it was easy to be there with a wheelchair.
The receptionnist himself brought even after midnight (without asking) a special chair for my husband he could use under the shower.
The breakfastroom on the 28th floor is very pleasant to start the day with a good selection of food.
We will certainly to back there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We took a taxi from the hotel,ordered at the rear entrance because easy to handle with wheelchair.Staff helped us again and took care of everything we bought on our shopping trip.

The room was so clean and comfort.
The service was also very okay. I was using internet service, and the speed and condition were very nice. However, I don't know why the minibar checking person came to the room in the morning. It was quite embarressed. And, the hot water was not coming well. Lastly, the cost for the internet was quite high. I am sure that this hotel is very good to stay. The room charge is very reasonable, and the location in Singapore is also very good. If I have a chance to reserve a hotel in Singapore, I will choose here again.

Access to main shopping centres at Harbour Front, Orchard and China Town are only a short taxi trip away.M Hotel offers attractive package for business travellers which includes internet access throughout the stay, use of conference room, free local calls, laundry and not forgetting breakfast and cocktail in the evenings.

場所でした。
オフィス街に立つホテルでしたが、静かで自分の家に戻ってきた感じのホテルでした。 フロントスタッフだけが今ひとつのサービス、他の部署は親切で完璧なサービスでした。 CAFE２０００は本当にすばらしい食べ物を提供するレストランでした。
とりわけ、作りたてのパンは本当においしく何回もお変わりしてしまいました。
オーチャードのいくつかのホテルよりきれいでゆっくり
くつろげるホテルです。MRTの駅も１分でいけるので
非常に便利です。

- Lack of entertainment & sightseeing spots in the vicinity
- Not exactly close to MRT (though within walking distance) We paid extra SGD55 + tax per night & got upgraded to the club floor. It was well worth it as we got to enjoy a very relaxing breakfast every morning in the lounge where you can stay for as long as you like, unlimited internet access in the room, daily laundry etc. It surely is a very nice & comfortable business hotel & we will likely come back for our next stay in Singapore.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Travelling by bus is easy & cheap. Bus fare is around the same as MRT, but you save a lot of walking since the bus station is just across the road. And most places in the city is accessible by bus. If travelling by MRT, remember to get a dollar back by returning the ticket after every trip.

General standard very excellente I coundn't find any weaknesses at all. Nice wellcome by staff, allready at the Taxi arrival. polite staff - well introduction of the room - excellent buffet both in Lobby area and at 28th lounge floor. Super service by staff - M-Hotel nice place in south of the city, near the water/Harbour area. Definately a Hotel i'll visit again in future, and will recommend for my friends and business colleagues. Thanks a lot.
Nightlife Tip : The area arround China Town - was excellent to visit both at evening and night.

The Suite was superb and the service they offer you in the lounge makes you feel right at home. The suite given has a superb view of the port area which was very beautiful during the night. The gym there is open 24 hours and the swimming pool is open till late. The lounge service is excellent and makes you feel right at home. I will definitely go back to the Hotel.

Nice hotel room, spacious bathroom with large bathtub The hotel J bar does not open on Sunday, should consider opening on Sunday bearing in mind that there are no entertainment outlets within the hotel vicinity. Located in the middle of Singapore's financial hub. Overall it was a nice hotel, very clean with very helpful staff. They helped me to print some materials (foc) for my event that I organized at the hotel.

Well designed rooms, location, good value for price, valuable upgrade for 50 S. dollars/room We as a couple decided to stay in the hotel in feb 2009 based on expected good value for reasonable price (source internet) combined with rather central location. This was more than confirmed by our personal experience. We have on site purchased upgrade incl. wifi, breakfast and premium lounge on the 28th floor entrance (very recommended choice that time for 50 dollars per room and night). Very good food and even coctails in the bar (as expected rather more expensive, but not above usual range in the region). The only negative is small swimming pool with not very attractive surroundings and poor gym, but nice SPA area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Massage in the China town, just 2 km from the hotel.

Value for money Club upgrade for breakfast, internet, laundry and lounge access. I had booked through Agoda a Standard Room. At check in, I was offered an upgrade to the Club Floor that gave me breakfast, internet, lounge access (drinks all day, canapes and cocktail in the evening) and generous laundry allowances. It was very convenient since I was on the same floor as the Club Lounge. The pool looked very inviting as did the gym, just that I had no time.
Hotel Feature Tip : Upgrade to a Club floor - worth the money.

In general, loved our stay and great hotel for short visits to Singapore. All the major sites (Riverwalk, Clark Quay, City Hall - Raffles City within walking distance)
Nightlife Tip : Must visit Supperclub in the Odeon Towers and New Asia at the Swisshotel which is on the 71st floor and provides amazing views of the city!

Overall a good hotel with centralized location. Next to TP, MRT, 10 min walk to CBD. Quiet overal. Excellent Gym (for a small hotel) with large and clean room.
The problem is no free internet. The staff isn't 5 stars hotel quality. No free daily newspaper.
Overall, good value for money for a business hotel. Can't ask for more.
