Super central location, friendly service
Next door to Takashimaya's great food court! Close to other shopping malls, but their Gallery has some really unique boutiques, and while the Orchard's hainan Chicken Rice is superb at their Chatterbox cafe, the Gallery has a really good Western breakfast and great coffee at Wild Honey.

Clientele quiet and civilised.Really comfy beds and pillows, in a truly No Smoke room!
Travel tip:
Persevering with the maze-like Gallery levels turns up some pretty unique shopping experiences.
The Mandarin Orchard is only a very short walk from Lucky Plaza for the full range of bargains in e.g electrical and photographic equipment

A Classic cozy hotel and service wtih a smile
in the center of orchard road, easy to go around

we love to stay at mandarin, so easy to go around and also very easy to get a cab from hotel lobby. the concierge are very friendly and helpful. sometime we also ask them to make reservation to the restaurant that we know hard to get a table and they always can get us a table.
Restaurant Tip:
Inside the Mandarin itself so many good restaurant that you can choose for, normally the restaurant inside open daily from 10.00 to 22.00

Very good location and nice hotel.
Easy excess to shopping centre and restaurants, chicken rice is a must try food.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Very happy with the changing of room with large bed and smoking room. Thank to the free wifi too. Indeed is a good place to stay if you are coming to see doctor in Singapore, just a few minute walk fr the hotel, there is a good hospital.

Great location but indifferent view

Very nice location - just on the Orchard road. very convenient to access many shops around the road. however, front gate is very crowded - area is quite small but many taxi and cars. a little bit dangerous.

So far everything ok, good service, only have to go to 5th floor for paper works, specially if we come early and have to come back later on to pick up keys etc

Great location but too noisy
Location is good for shopping as its located in the center of orcahrd road

Facilities and service was up to standard, staffs are helpful and welcoming. The only down side from my stay was the noise coming from other rooms, I could hear noises when people talk or laugg. The worst still was the noise of people walking on the floor above, not sure was it only because I stayed at level 30, where the club is one floor above.

Great Location but small room,small swimming pool

The hotel good main points is the location, to hospital and shopping areas, friendly staff, but the swimming pool small and need to pass through the lobby, feeling wierd passing by lots of people queing up for check in and out, with body covered with towels.
