I used to stay here before but this time I'm quite upset because I book with extra bed but hte hotel said that I just paid extra bed for 2 nite but acctualy I paid for 3 nite.
And the hotel at first just dont response well during check in time and other thing the last day I stay there I found 2 small cocroach. It really make me dissapointed. The only good thing is the location is the best

This is a very nice hotel with great attention from the staff, very nice room (with a unique "art" window in the bathroom), and in a great spot on Orchard. Beware of the price of a draft Kirin at the bar though...

locations. easy access to shopping malls etc. clean but some how old and too oriental design. my wife didnt like the old couch in the room. also bedding could be better.
