The dramatic lounge bar is where the charismatic and colourful come to enjoy house flavoured vodka Martinis or delicious tapas.

As grand in size as it is in style, The Oriental Ballroom has a graceful fan-shaped design that echoes the architecture of the hotel itself. Up to 800 guests can gather beneath its beautiful chandeliers, and every one of them will enjoy an uninterrupted view of the proceedings – amazingly there are no pillars. Two pre-function rooms are also available for welcoming guests or holding pre-dinner drinks.

With creativity and imagination we have transformed the dining experience. 30 chefs in show kitchens present a multi-cultural cooking theatre. At any time of the day select from Thai to Italian, Sushi to salad. Giant baskets of fruit bring bursts of colour; the wine bar itself is a vivid backlit pink. The space is transitionary, designed for changing moods from muted to energetic up to the fresh and airy garden views.

The spa’s six treatment rooms include a dedicated Shiatsu Room and a spacious, 62 square metre Couple’s Suite.
