Accommodating receptionist but bad service

We arrived at the hotel at around 5pm and the 3 rooms that I paid were not yet ready. I reserved for premiere-with Internet instead they gave me de luxe. To compensate for this, they gave me 100 Singapore dollars for each room which we can spend in the hotel restaurants and facilities. We were able to go to our room at around 8pm. I requested that we should have a late check out the following day. They agreed to this but we only extended up to 6pm with just 1 room, the two other rooms, we checked out at 2pm. The bathroom was still dirty so I requested them to clean it up which they readily comply. The chair inside the room looks old and dirty. I was disappointed because I expected more with this hotel.

Beautiful Hotel but stay once and never again.

overall it was a nice experience. choosing to stay at a deluxe city view was a better option than getting the cheapest room. it is much bigger (the room size, the beds, and the tall ceiling). the free airport shuttle was also very helpful to us, as well as the free wifi throughout the hotel.
as for eating in the hotel, it is also very expensive, including the breakfast buffet. i suggest just going to din tai fung and having their truffle xiao long bao and regular xiao long bao, going to the food court for some chicken rice and roast duck...and also trying mario batali's pizzeria mozza (all located at the shoppes at marina bay).
i wouldn't say i would stay here again though since i could be staying at the four seasons for a better price! its something you should experience once, but never again.

Excellent hotel

the premium room we had during our stay was very spacious and classic with everything you need without going outside the hotel vicinity as marina bay sands hotel have all you need like fancy restaurants or fastfood, signature stores or listen to the live music and the one of a kind swimming pool with jacuzzi and restaurants. my husband and i are planning another trip and stay with marina bay sands in the very near future with our daughters.
Travel tip:
Ensure to remember how to go back to the hotel when you go shopping as their shops is huge and took us a while to go back to the hotel.

very nice hotel lots to offer the roof top is amazing .. we wanted more time , so we intend to go back some day soon.... resourceful...peaceful and amusing all at the same time nothing is left for granted..... a bit expensive but worth the cost for the experience.......

TOO BIG HOTEL
SKYPARK, GOOD FOR PHOTO SHOOTING

I stayed only one night and was more than enought. I had read the reviews and now Im totally agree with them. I think that its a good place to expend one or two nights but no more because its too busy. The skypark its amazing but its crowdy all the time even in the morning. The lobby looks like a busy street and the brakfast is very expensive, around 38 SGO dollars each. There is a bakery where you can take a coffe for less money in front of Tower 3 elevators. The bar in the skypark its unbelievable expensive: two small sandwichs and two cokes almost 80 dollars!!
The room have a good size and its the kind of room for this lind of hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If u go on weekends I recomend the Light show at the bay and then if you dont wanna expend much money you can go to a pedestrians street close to the estadium in the right side of the bay where u can eat for less than 20 dollars. The oyster omellete in great there. The its nice to go to the skypark to take a drink in KU DE TA bar and after go to dance to AVALON CLUB.

elegant busy hotel w/ humble accomodating staff

i was expecting that its checking-in process will be slow. but to my amaze, it took us only 10-15 minutes to check in contradictory to the previous reviews. or i was thinking it could been our luck. the front desk was too helpful to provide us what we wanted for a room (no-smoking, high floor for a better view, etc). the hotel is clean and elegant. the lobby has good lighting and its aircon is really cold. it has a busy lobby, too many people passing by. their employees are very friendly and accomodating. one instance is this ms. sarah from the front desk in tower 3. she helped us in contacting mcdonalds delivery for my kids breakfast. she gave us the right directions without signs of irritability. another instance is the bellboy who helped us all the way to the hotel's shuttlebus when we are already leaving for airport. he tried to talk in our language and even made my kids laugh. he was friendly. the checking-out process was also fast. the skypark and pool on the 57th floor has a very good and amazing view. my kids loved it. though there are many people in the pool, it was still clean. better swim in the morning if you don't want too many swimmers. all in all, it was a good experience for us to stay in this hotel. the only set back is the price.

mall foodcourt open 24 hours but only 2-3 stores open.
Hotel Feature Tip:
clean CLASSY room EVERYTHING smells good too room got view of SG Flyer from balcony, skypark pool and view AWESOME! Take Bayfront station nearest mrt for tower 1. Excellent experience!
